Palm West Home Realty Inc. recently held a Summer Blast contest with its male and female Realtor teams in a challenge to earn the most points in completed real estate transactions.  The winning Women’s Team chose Habitat for Humanity as the recipient of a $1,200 donation from Palm West toward the building of Habitat’s 100th house to be started in October.

The search for Flagler’s most interesting startup

A new contest is being launched to find Flagler County’s most interesting startup. Businesses younger than three years old (or ideas that could lead to a business) are eligible to enter the contest and win $1,200 in cash prizes plus one year of services at Office Divvy and elsewhere for a total value of $46,000, according to Office Divvy’s website that is promoting the contest.

Holley Group merges to become TMS

The Holley Group and OneTouchPoint have joined forces to create TouchPoint Management Services, a marketing firm headquartered in Palm Coast. Howard Holley will be the firm’s CEO, and Chris Illman will be vice chair. The company’s press release states that the new TMS makes designing and delivering communication better, faster and cheaper.

FPL’s two-story office building approved

Florida Power and Light’s new two-story office building is moving forward at 5910 State Road 100 E, which is located between the Hilton Garden Inn and Florida Hospital Flagler. The permit, for about $1.3 million, was pulled by W&J Construction.

Top performers

Jeanine Volpe, was the top listing associate for July, at Coldwell Banker Premier Properties. Drea Schuster was named the top sales agent for July. Coldwell Banker Premier Properties located at 211 St. Joe Plaza Drive.
