Frank Fitchett, of Ormond Beach, Florida sold the home at 24 Claridge Court Circle to Donna and David Motley, of Palm Coast, for $290,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, swimming pool, and has 1,817 square feet of living. Home previously sold in 2005 for $395,000.

John and June Bagi, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 66 Pine Grove Drive Palm Coast, to Antonio and Lina Almeida, of Clark, New Jersey, for $165,000. Built in 2003 it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 2,033 square feet of living.

John and Maureen Oswald, of Broomfield, Colorado, sold the home at 400 Canopy Walk Lane Palm Coast, to Joseph and Rita Lugero of Beach Haven, New Jersey, for $205,000. Built in 2004 it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,283 square feet of living. Home previously sold in 2009 for $149,000.
