Robert and Margaret Bescher, individually and as trustees, sold 68 Old Oak Drive S. to Fredrick and Cheryl Hissong, as trustees, for $1.25 million. Built in 2007, the house is a 5/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 4,251 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Norman and Helen D’Silva, individually and as trustees, sold 200 Bella Harbor Court, Unit 104, to David and Susan Petersen, of Palm Coast, for $246,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,745 square feet.

Stephen and Elizabeth Robinson, of Oro Valley, Arizona, sold 18 Mahoe Drive N. to Derrick and Dana Fazio, of Wildwood, Missouri, for $490,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,437 square feet.
