A home in Palm Harbor tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of May 16 to May 20.

Peter Hamalian sold the home at 77 Comanche Court to Charles and Lisa Anderson, of Jacksonville Beach, for $545,000.

Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, five baths and 3,681 square feet of living area.
