A home in Palm Harbor tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of May 30 to June 3.

Arnolfo and Alicia Marcella, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Collingville Court to James and Alexandra Sheehan, of Palm Coast, for $480,000.

Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock, a boat house and 3,008 square feet of living area.
