A home in Palm Harbor tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of May 30 to June 3. Arnolfo and Alicia Marcella, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Collingville Court to James and Alexandra Sheehan, of Palm Coast, for $480,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock, a boat house and 3,008 square feet of living area.

Eagle Lakes
Joseph and Joyce Grimes, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 7 Eagle View Place to John Reilly, Helen Kosko, and Sara Waln, for $290,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa and 3,147 square feet of living area.

Hammock Beach
Eric and Edith Waddell, of Celebration, sold Unit 1345 at 15 Ocean Crest Drive to David and Jaye Silvers, of Orlando, for $235,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $699,000 in 2005.

Davene Mitchell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 43 Primrose Lane to Charles and Marilyn Betau, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., for $129,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,639 square feet of living area.

Canopy Walk
Damian and Carolyn Repolle, of Middletown, Del., sold Unit 1425 at 1400 Canopy Walk Lane to Richard Larsen and Patricia Dillon, of Homosassa, for $130,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $309,800 in 2005.

Hamptons
Freddie Mac sold the home at 3 Montauk Court to Richard and Barbara Shaw, of Harrisonburg, Va., for $110,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,876 square feet of living area.

Indian Trails
Paolo and Necoletta Torre, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 22 Belvedere Lane to Virginia Harnack, of Palm Coast, for $97,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,650 square feet of living area.

Phillip Haug and Erica Catenacci-Haug sold the home at 16 Brice Lane to Robert and Rebecca Sutton, of Massillon, Ohio, for $77,500. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,220 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,000 in 2006.

Jose Soto and Carmen Ramos, of Guayama, Puerto Rico, sold the home at 79 Brunett Lane to Albert Pontes, of Binghamton, N.Y., for $84,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet of living area.

Victor and Cecily Chin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 65 Burbank Drive to Larry Stewart Jr., of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 1,833 square feet of living area.

Zachary Lynch, of Daina, sold the home at 32 Ranwood Lane to Rene Batista and Maria Fernandez, of Miami, for $92,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,247 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $216,900 in 2005.

Glenn Fairchild, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Richmond Drive to Courtney Zahn, of Palm Coast, for $107,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,579 square feet of living area.

Izidor Voskoboynik and Margarita Voskoboynik, both of San Jose, Calif., sold the home at 10 Royal Leaf Lane to Fred and Alice Jensen, of Davie, for $120,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,053 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,300 in 2006.

Palm Coast Plantation
Felipe and Patricia Paez, of Austin, Texas, sold the home at 282 Riverwalk Drive S. to Dan and Edith Ferrena, of Palm Coast, for $242,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,212 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Amaral Custom Homes Inc. sold the home at 26 Felwood Lane to Manuel Fernandes Gloria and Maria Da Conceicao Santos, of Palm Coast, for $279,900. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,086 square feet of living area.

Pine Grove
Tara Kelly, of White Plains, N.Y., sold the home at 15 Pine Cedar Drive to Frank Jones, of Pauling, N.Y., for $85,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,630 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,900 in 2003.

Alexander Bukhteev and Antonina Bukhteeva, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Pinell Lane to James and Amanda Harding, of Palm Coast, for $139,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,366 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $304,900 in 2006.

David Burk, of Oviedo, sold the home at 31 Poindexter Lane to Nataliya Parkhomenko, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,244 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 2007.

Sidney Davis Jr. and Judy Davis, of Harrisville, N.H., sold the home at 34 Princess Ruth Lane to Jay and Gail Labelle, of Oakville, Ontario, Canada, for $118,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,308 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $183,000 in 2005.

Paul and Alicia Zimmerman sold the home at 36 Weller Lane to Thomas and Ava Cavanaugh, of Canton, Conn., for $129,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,036 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $259,400 in 2006.

DLJ Mortgage Capital Inc. sold the home at 61 Old Oak Drive S. to Clarence and Darlene Smith, of Pine Knolls, N.C., for $247,750. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,553 square feet of living area.

Scott and Mae Preston, of Woodgrove Condo, Singapore, sold Unit 1535 at 85 Riverview Bend S. to David and Gloria Christilaw, of Ontario, Canada, for $100,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,586 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2007.
