For the second consecutive week, a Palm Harbor salt water canal home topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of July 30 to Aug. 3. William and Maria Golden, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 43 Cottonwood Court to Lawrence and Audrey Butler, also of Palm Coast. Built by the sellers in 2002, it has three bedrooms, a pool, a dock and 1,923 square feet of living area.

THE HAMMOCK

Cinnamon Beach

Paul and Danielle Pappas, of Plantation, sold condominium Unit #151 of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock, 200 Cinnamon Beach Way, to Andrew and Beverly Kovachik, of Monroe, Conn., for $395,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $806,100.

Sea Colony

Edward and Joanne Smith, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 35 Nantucket Drive to Robert and Martha Agnew, of Palm Coast, for $277,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,842 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $165,000.

FLAGLER BEACH

Sea Watch

Michael and Patricia Cato, of Flagler Beach, sold Unit 6, Sea Watch Villa Condominium, 1770 Central Ave. S., to Robert Grundvig and Heidi Buhlman-Grundvig, of Menomonie, Wis., for $209,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,080 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $153,000.

Sunrise Beach

Judith Heartwell, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2299 Central Ave. N. to Frank and Patricia DeVico, of Flagler Beach, for $191,000. Built in 1958, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,500 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $79,500.

PALM COAST

Belle Terre

Juvenal and Leanne Estrada, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 126 Pepperdine Drive to Maranda Clark, of Flagler Beach, for $75,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,226 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $172,500.

Andrey Krasovskiy and Liudmila Krasovskaya, of Moscow, sold the home at 30 Princess Dolores Lane to Victor and Paula Gomes, of Cranston, R.I., for $129,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,980 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $149,000.

Cypress Knoll

John and Barbara Watkins, of Oxford, Md., sold the home at 42 Emerson Drive to Francisco Baez, of Palm Coast, for $137,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,683 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $215,000.

Antonietta Tripoli, of Elmont, N.Y., sold the home at 192 Eric Drive to Thomas Cooney and Phyllis Corcoran, of Palm Coast, for $131,600. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,319 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $231,000.

Grand Haven

Charles and Antoinette DeNise, of Toms River, N.J., sold the home at 90 Front St. to Zinaida Olkovetsky, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,150 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $475,000.

Elena Abaimova, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 20 Hidden Lake Way, to Peter Zhermoskiy and Olga Nova, of Houston, for $280,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,636 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $385,000.

Indian Trails

Fannie Mae sold the home at 6 Barrington Drive to Denver Miller and Dallas Miller, of Sarasota, for $111,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,953 square feet of living area.

Phillip and Dorothy Cochran, of Radford, Va., sold the home at 9 Beaverdam Road to JKR Investment Group Inc., of Palm Coast, for $83,500. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet of living area. It sold in 1995 for $77,000.

Lehigh Woods

Fannie Mae sold the home at 11 Raintree Place to Mid Florida Housing Partnership, of Daytona Beach, for $100,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,535 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $98,900.

Duane and Elizabeth Quintern, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Ralph Place to Roe and Margaret Adams, of Purcellville, Va., for $195,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,872 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $159,400.

Matanzas Woods

Mamuka Tatishvili and Olga Kevlishvili, of Arlington Heights, Ill., sold the home at 4 Lynn Place to Liliya Temnorod, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,242 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $205,600.

Francis and Judy McElroy, of Pawling, N.Y., sold the home at 88 Lindsay Drive to Marie Giglio, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,239 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $140,000.

Palm Coast Plantation

Holland Martin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 97 Heron Drive to Gerald and Dawn Maxwell, of Youngstown, Ohio, for $468,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 3,578 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 5 Clee Way to James and Darlene Vieldhouse, of Palm Coast, for $243,200. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,315 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $412,200.

Richard and Antoinette Allen and Saverio Russo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Fordney Place to Teresa Brown, of Palm Coast, for $116,500. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,784 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $235,000.

Pine Grove

Eugene and Mary Graybosch, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Powder Horn Drive to Donald and Irene Appelhans, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,334 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $65,000. The pool was added in 2002.

Shinnecock Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Pointer Place to Mark and Vickie Granam, of Palm Coast, for $152,500. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,917 square feet of living area. It sold in April 2012 for $95,000.

Pine Lakes

Edilson Presiblski and Jacqueline Da Silva, of Hillside, N.J., sold the home at 5 Woodfalon Place to Rosemary Wright, of Levittown, Pa., for $125,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,276 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $237,000.

Quail Hollow

Thomas and Amanda Bilotti, of Highland, N.Y., sold the home at 7 Karas Trail to Robert and Margaret Clothier, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,184 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $114,000.

Tidelands

Freddie Mac sold condominium Unit 2114 of Tidelands, 115 Riverview Bend S., to Terrance and Carol Brenn, of Warren, Mich., for $111,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,254 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $349,900.

Robert and Frances Maguire, of Amelia Island, sold condominium Unit #1544 at Tidelands, 85 Riverview Bend S., to Rod MacDonald and Rhonda MacDonald, of Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, for $109,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $185,000.
