A Palm Harbor salt water canal home topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of July 23 to July 27. Richard Carrara, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Collier Court to Roman and Ruslana Prymulova, of the Czech Republic, for $450,000.
Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a summer kitchen, a pool, a boat dock and 2,499 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $725,000.

FLAGLER BEACH
Fuquay
Jeffrey and Celia Whitfield, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1329 Flagler Ave. to Denise Dyer, of Syracuse, N.Y., for $150,150. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,138 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $95,500.

South Beach
James and Carol Downing, of Flagler Beach, sold Unit 208 of South Beach Condominium at 3651 Central Ave. S. to Norman and Grace Smith, of Jarretsville, Md., for $224,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,523 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $204,900.

PALM COAST
Bella Harbor
Harbor Downe LLC, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold Unit 111, Building 1, of Bella Harbor Condominium at 100 Bella Harbor Court to Bruno Graca and Aparecida Martins, of Hillside, N.J., for $90,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet of living area.

Cypress Knoll
Boris Lukyanov and Alisa Shuster, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 37 Edmond Place to Sofond Iv, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,926 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $339,900.

Earl and Patricia Galea, of Alamogordo, N.M., sole the home at 30 Emerson Drive to Corey and Olinda Nedeau, of Ormond Beach, for $76,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,728 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $185,900.

Alan and Denise Treloar, of Pisgah Forest, N.C., sold the home at 29 Evans Drive to Douglas and Gloria Patterson, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built by the sellers in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,930 square feet of living area.

Fairways
John Hallden Jr., of Powell, Ohio, sold Unit 102-5D of The Fairways Condominium at Palm Coast at 15 Masters Court to George Studley, of Palm Coast, for $76,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,163 square feet of living area. It sold in 1987 for $75,000.

Indian Trails
HSBC Bank sold the home at 67 Belvedere Lane to Laura Bury, of Palm Coast, for $119,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,259 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $215,000.

Michael Carlson, of Torrington, Conn., sold the home at 30 Bennett Lane to Fred Slaughter, of Palm Coast, for $149,500. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,127 square feet of living area. It sold in February 2012 for $50,000.

Michael and Suzanna Milbrandt, of Orange Park, sold the home at 36 Buttonworth Drive to Rithya Phan and Kanha Sal, of Palm Coast, for $138,000. Built by the sellers in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,020 square feet of living area.

Violet Carlson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Burroughs Drive to Ihab El-Zoghbi and Maher El-Zoghbi, of Brossard, Quebec, Canada, for $135,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,010 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $224,900.

The Estate of Dorothy Ryerse sold the home at 116 Bud Hollow Drive to Justin Mulvaney and Tracy Lemier, of Palm Coast, for $129,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,986 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $106,100.

Matanzas Woods
Earl Brown III and Margaret Brown, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Lindsay Drive to Scott Ballschmieder, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,710 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $85,700.

Palm Harbor
Susan Weny and Maria Macejova, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Claymont Court S. to Michael and Jeanne Ford, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,314 square feet of living area. It sold in January 2012 for $135,000.

Emil and Theresa Naeff, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Crossview Lane to Clifford and Eileen Hosking, of Palm Coast, for $304,000. Built by the sellers in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock with lift and 2,175 square feet of living area.

Seagate Homes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 67 Post View Drive to James Coleman and Nicole Davis, of Bronx, N.Y., for $218,900. Built by the seller in 2012, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,143 square feet of living area.

Pedro and Maffie Pagan, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 130 Putter Drive to Henry Masser and John Masser, of Palm Coast, for $89,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,439 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $130,000.

Pine Lakes
Michael Carlson, of Torrington, Conn., sold the home at 8 Wainwright Place to Rosanne Dechicchio, of Palm Coast, for $139,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,646 square feet of living area. It sold in March 2012 for $80,000.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 26 White Hall Drive to Sherry Way, of Palm Coast, for $90,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $114,500.

Quail Hollow
Richard and Colleen Lee, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 26 Kalamazoo Trail to Nicholas and Gwindolyn Keech, of Palm Coast, for $122,900. Built by the sellers in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,796 square feet of living area.

Seminole Woods
Deutsch Bank National Trust sold the home at 21 Seaton Valley Path to Jaclyn Sanders, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,842 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $196,400.

Woodlands
Eileen Smith, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Blaketon Court to Nancy Rondo, of Palm Coast, for $81,200. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,596 square feet of living area. It sold in 1996 for $61,500.
