Palm Harbor home sells for $425,000

A home in Palm Harbor tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Nov. 15 to Nov. 19. Giovanni Filippazzo and Felicia Filipazzo sold the home at 16 Flarestone Court to Ivor Smithson and Francine Smithson, of Palm Coast, for $425,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, a boat house, a boat lift and 2,811 square feet of living area.

BEVERLY BEACH
Oceanside
Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. sold Unit 217 at 2450 Oceanshore Blvd. N. to William and Patricia Daniel, of Johns Creek, Ga., for $270,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,749 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Bulow Woods
Irene Fox, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 3 Trail Run to Paul and Gwendolyn Headley, of Flagler Beach, for $189,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,212 square feet of living area.

It previously sold for $120,000 in 1993.

PALM COAST
Hammock Dunes
Eagle FL V SPE LLC sold the home at 5404 Oceanshore Blvd. to Robert Swinderman and Nancy Swinderman, of Palm Coast, for $89,000. Built in 1959, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 900 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2005.

Indian Trails
David and Sandy Krieter sold the home at 53 Breeze Hill Lane to Norman and Mayme Casady, of East Hartford, Conn., for $158,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,440 square feet of living area.

Martin and Linda Siegel sold the home at 18 Burning Tree Place to James and Judith Agiesta, of Palm Coast, for $149,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,867 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $217,000 in 2006.

Lehigh Woods
Olga Wallett sold the home at 16 Ranshire Lane to Roopnarine and Subrena Khadoo, of Schenectady, N.Y., for $142,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $249,900 in 2005.

Matanzas Woods
Tamco Corp. of Volusia County sold the home at 14 Lamont Lane to Lorenzo Powell Sr., of Palm Coast, for $144,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,856 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $141,900 in 2004.

SMT Properties Group LLC sold the home at 36 Ludlow Lane E. to Joseph and Jennifer Hicks, of Palm Coast, for $114,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,789 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $240,000 in 2006.

Palm Harbor
Wendy Tweedale sold the home at 3 Ferguson Court to Michael and Michelle Postel, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, a boat house and 2,019 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1998.

Citibank NA sold the home at 85 Colechester Lane to James and Merilee George, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 2,169 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2004.

Eduard and Irina Nemtsev, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 59 Coral Reef Court N. to Jianming Ye and Xiaorong Pan, of Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada, for $210,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,203 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,000 in 2006.

Alex Sanchez and H.G. Duran, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Farragut Drive to James Kopp Jr., of Easley, S.C., for $45,600. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $112,900 in 2004.

Viktor and Alla Pantchenko, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Flametree Court to Alexander and Irina Ryvin, of Edison, N.J., for $370,000. Built in 1996, it has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock, a boat house, a boat lift and 3,373 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $785,000 in 2006.

Dorothy Voss, of Hawthorne, N.J., sold the home at 1 Flarestone Court to Alton and Barbara Kirker, of Wake Field, R.I., for $213,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,715 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $88,000 in 1986.

Carol Decker sold the home at 20 Fairbank Lane to Gerald and Felice Tanenbaum, of Palm Coast, for $138,300. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,719 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $98,500 in 2000.

Pine Grove
Nancy Dalencourt, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Piccadilly Place to Huan Tran, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,636 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,500 in 2007.

Pine Lakes
Lora Craton sold the home at 68 Wellstone Drive to Salvatore and Joan DeMarco, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $254,400 in 2006.

Quail Hollow
Fannie Mae sold the home at 67 Zinnia Trail to Angel Martinez and Norma Diaz, both of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,866 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $133,900 in 2003.

Kenneth and Linda Ponsiek, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Llacer Place to Grant and Linda Newlin, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,449 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,900 in 2004.
