A home in Palm Harbor tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of June 6 to June 10. Graham and Sheila Strong, of Hayesville, N.C., sold the home at 16 Cottonwood Court to Jeffrey Behrens and Catherine Brown, both of Palm Coast, for $385,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, a boat dock, a boat lift and 2,396 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $843,000 in 2005.

Dragoljub Ciric and Slobodan Ciric, both of Jacksonville, sold Unit 610 at 60 Surfview Drive to Stephen and Virginia Dodd, of Palm Coast, for $290,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,900 in 2004.

Belle Terre
Scott Chappuis and Susan Chappuis, both of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 20 Prattwood Lane to William and Judy Yanacek, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and $1,163 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $83,000 in 2002.

Cypress Knoll
Richard and Jann Hudson, of Mesquite, Nev., sold the home at 2 Elias Lane to Philip and Alfonsa Farino, and Giovanni Chianetta, all of Palm Coast, for $196,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,083 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
William and Laura Waugaman, of Bluffton, S.C., sold the home at 65 River Trail Drive to Christopher and Constance Hendy, of Palm Coast, for $365,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,419 square feet of living area.

Citibank sold the home at 3 Sand Pine Drive to William Fennell and Pamela Fennell, of Marietta, Ga., for $179,900. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,173 square feet of living area.

Aurora Loan Services LLC sold the home at 35 Cedar Point Drive to Paula Morris, of Charleston, W.Va., for $103,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,254 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,200 in 1994.

Indian Trails
Kenneth and Sandra Brogan, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Belvedere Lane to Joseph and Lisa Ortenzo, of Griffin, Ga., for $130,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 2,552 square feet of living area.

Shawn O’Neill, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 69 Bird of Paradise Drive to Mark and Constance Rohloff, of Palm Coast, for $69,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,445 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $147,900 in 2004.

Paula Schaafsma, of Palatka, sold the home at 20 Buffalo Plains Lane to Michael and Mary Swiontek, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,589 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $166,000 in 2007.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 166 Raintree Circle to Catherine Smith, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,790 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $184,700 in 2005.

Aurora Loan Services LLC sold the home at 55 Rolling Fern Drive to Mark Rohrbeck, of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,356 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,800 in 2005.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 71 Leidel Drive to Patricia Shemonsky, of Palm Coast, for $132,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,863 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2006.

Minoa Atlantic LLC sold the home at 18 Powder Lane to Douglas White and Christine Villanti-White, of Palm Coast, for $159,000. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet of living area.
