Freddie Mac sold the home at 168 Pritchard Drive to Olga and Rolando Polacios, of Lake Hiawatha, N.J., for $121,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,237 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $244,900 in 2006.
Elsie Durn, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 136 Persimmon Drive to Mary Ridings, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,850 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $93,000 in 1993.

JP Morgan Chase Bank sold the home at 2 Zonal Geranium Court to Carol Williams, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,324 square feet of living area.
