A home in Palm Harbor tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Sept. 12 to Sept. 16. Thomas Cook, of Warner Robbins, Ga., sold the home at 5 Cedarview Court to Mark and Shirley Fickie, of Palm Coast, for $275,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat lift and 1,940 square feet of living area. It sold for $159,900 in 1999.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 21 Oak Lane to John and Ellen Kellogg, of Flagler Beach, for $45,500. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,188 square feet of living area. It sold for $62,000 in 1992.

Julian Jackson IV and Angela Jackson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 39 San Jose Drive to John and Nicolette Lanzi, of Brecksville, Ohio, for $169,900. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,246 square feet of living area. It sold for $260,000 in 2007.

Charles Hunter Jr., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 47 Lagare St. to Deborah Bellino and John Karlberg, both of Palm Coast, for $271,500. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,571 square feet of living area. It sold for $525,000 in 2006.
