Anthony Catoggio and Lillian Catoggio, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 28 Crossbow Court to Steven and Jill Haley, of Smyrna, Tenn., for $470,000. Built by the sellers in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a dock, a boat house and 2,518 square feet of living area.

Albert and Kathleen Iosue, of Sanford, sold the home at 2120 Central Ave. S. to Patrick Giordano and Mary Giordano, of Plantation, for $329,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,941 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $259,000.

Palma Vista
Clifford and Mary Jacobs, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1115 Daytona Avenue N. to Samuel Cline, of Flagler Beach, for $317,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a dock, a boat house and 1,511 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $172,000.

Venice Park
Stephen and Angel Strickland, of Bunnell, sold the home at 123 Lantana Ave. to David and Shelley Warner, of Flagler Beach, for $370,000. Built by the sellers in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a dock, a boat house and 2,576 square feet of living area.

Waterwood Park
Alexander and Lisa Reubel, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1305 Lambert Ave. to Arthur and Judith Zeigar, of Scottsboro, Ala., for $240,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,761 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $489,000.

Paul and Amy Trent, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 San Jose Drive to national Residential Nominee Services Inc., of Plano, Texas, for $202,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $162,000.

Fannie Mae sold condominium Unit #324 of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock, 400 Cinnamon Beach Way, to Jeffery Hill, of Bemidji, Minn., for $189,900. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $566,100.

Hammock Beach
LRA Ocean Tower LLC sold condominium Unit 362-F, Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach, 200 Oceancrest Drive, to David and Nona Damore, of Daytona Beach, for $435,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Vincent Rinella, Lisa Olsen and Janet Hitchins, of Thornton, Pa., sold condominium Unit 26 of Arbor Trace at Palm Coast, 29 Veranda Way, to Carol Mayor, of Palm Coast, for $118,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,143 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $111,600.
