A home on a salt water canal in "sailboat country" tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Jan. 13–19. Sailboat country refers to Palm Harbor homes and building lots located on Palm Coast's saltwater canal system that provide direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway without traversing under a bridge. Hans and Karin Stoever, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 13 Cleveland Court to Falko Oriowski, of Palm Coast, for $420,000. Built by the sellers in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,844 square feet of living area.


BUNNEL
Fannie Mae sold the home at 700 Woodland St. E. to Mid Florida Housing Partnership, of Daytona Beach, for $113,850. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,630 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Atlantic Beach
Nanette Bian, of Vienna, Va., sold the home at 2340 Oceanshore Blvd. S. to Loretta Hiller, of Flagler Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1985, overlooking Route A1A and the Atlantic Ocean, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,781 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $213,500.

Fuquay
Frances Pickett, of Ruther Glen, Va., sold the home at 1832 Daytona Ave. S. to John and Mary Dioguardi, of Flagler Beach, for $134,900. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,008 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $215,000.

Ocean Marina
Theresa Joiner, of Fayetteville, Ga., sold Unit D-204 of Ocean Marina Condominium phase II, 607 Ocean Marina Drive, to Thomas Lynch, of Gaylord, Mich., for $120,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,140 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $180,000.

Ocean Hammock
Earl Hewlette Jr., of Daniel Island, S.C., sold the home at 38 Kingfisher Lane to James Nikzad, of Jacksonville, for $280,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a summer kitchen and 2,406 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $807,500.

PALM COAST
Cypress Knoll
Fannie Mae sold the home at 49 Edith Pope Drive to Luis and Karin Nova, of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, for $126,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,020 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $270,000.

Hidden Lakes
D.R. Horton, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 13 Graham Trail to James and Rosalie Cimorelli, of Palm Coast, for $178,125. Built by the seller in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,798 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods
JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association sold the home at 17 Robin Hood Lane to Andrzej Gawlik, of Douglaston, N.Y., for $93,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,822 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $224,500.

Palm Harbor
Peter and Joan Ratto, of Palm Coast, sold their home at 50 Fountain Gate Lane to William and Elaine Mead, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built by the sellers in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,212 square feet of living area.
Warren and Pamela Hill, of Banner Elk, N.C., sold the home at 50 Cochise Court to Robert and Vickie Swindall, of Palm Coast, for $314,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat house and 1,888 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $360,000.

Pine Grove
Freddie Mac sold the home at 18 Philox Lane to Herbert and Alice Bleakley, of Palm Coast, for $70,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,159 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $172,500.
Frank and Margaret Rudolph, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 191 Pritchard Drive to Fernando and Luisa Desousa, of Danbury, Conn., for $172,500. Built by the sellers in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,957 square feet of living area.
Todd and Bonnie Glasford, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Pine Brook Drive to Robert and Ashley Goetsch, of Daytona Beach, for $146,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,858 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $142,000.

Pine Lakes
Michael Sessa, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 98 Whispering Pine Drive to Dale Ames, of Palm Coast, for $80,000. Built by the seller in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,230 square feet of living area.

Quail Hollow
Joann Motak, of Laguna Beach, Calif., sold the home at 5 Zammer Court to Bingxue Cai and Xu Chen, of Los Altos, Calif., for $82,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,342 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $112,900.
Mathew Bauries, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 30 Karat Path to Tamika Owens, of Daytona Beach, for $152,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,971 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $189,900.

Tidelands
Joseph Cooper, of Hillsboro, N.H., sold condominium Unit 2031 of Tidelands, 55 Riverview Bend S., to Peter Kirvan and Iris Romero, of Palm Coast, for $74,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $371,900.
