Palm Harbor canal home sells for $280,000

A lender-owned Palm Harbor salt water canal home topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Jan. 2 to Jan. 6. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company sold the home at 17 Cloverdale Court N. to Kathalene Picano, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,674 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $540,000.

Armand Beach East
Faye Strayer, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 32 Armand Beach Drive to Patricia Jacunski, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built by the seller in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
JKR Investment Group, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 285 Parkview Drive to Mery Gable and Shirley Gutierrez, of Palm Coast, for $93,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,789 square feet of living area. It sold in November 2011 for $70,200.

Lehigh Woods
Thomas Plymill and Jennifer Plymill, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 161 Rolling Sands Drive to Richard Rohan, of Palm Coast for $170,000. Built by the sellers in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,263 square feet of living area.

Marina Cove
Citibank NA sold Unit 49 of Phase VI of Marina Cove at Palm Coast Condominium to Scott Miller, of Cumberland, R.I., for $155,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,875 square feet of living area. It sold in 1993 for $150,000.

Matanzas Woods
Rey and Jacqueline Regalia, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 187 London Drive to Rimma Green, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,433 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $250,200.

Palm Harbor
Jon Pagan, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Claymont Court S. to Susan Weny and Maria Macejova, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a dock, a boat house and 1,314 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $185,000.

Pine Grove
Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1 Parkway Drive to Jose and Maria Desousa and Carlos Desousa, of Danbury, Conn., for $162,400. Built by the seller in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,917 square feet of living area.

Pine Lakes
Fred Fox Enterprises Inc., of St. Augustine, sold the home at 79 Wheatfield Drive to Charles Perry, of Miami, for $107,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,877 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $116,900.

Joseph and Irene Beato, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 11 Wills Place to Zbiegniew Folga and Renata Kang, of Ridgewood, N.Y., for $80,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $81,500.

Ruldolf Syuch and Oleysa Such, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Westlawn Place to Leonard Provencher, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,543 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $64,500.

Peter and Paula Plocharczyk, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Winterberry Place to Witold Dobkowski and Helena Dobkowska, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $155,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,808 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $109,000. The pool was added later.

Murray Berns, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 3 Wendell Place to Larry Gazda, of Palm Coast, for $80,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,040 square feet of living area.

Theodore VanBeveren, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 52 Westglen Lane to Brent Robert Acs, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,276 square feet of living area.

Mark and Susan Crabill, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 3 Waldron Place to Mathew Welsh, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,719 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $90,000.

The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development sold the home at 75 Woodbury Drive to Krista Harrelson, of Ocala, for $35,350. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,480 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $130,000.

Tidelands
Benedict and Margaret Fiducia, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 1534 in Tidelands Condominium to Andrew Montz and Joy Lewis for $100,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $424,900.

Woodlands
Fannie May sold the home at 16 Blakeshire Place to Jimmy Hamon, of Palm Coast, for $62,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $184,500.
