Palm Coast woman arrested after allegedly selling marijuana, crack cocaine at Ralph Carter Park

Deputies uncovered 109.1 grams of marijuana, about 14 grams of crack cocaine, an electronic scale and $3,123 in cash.

What started as a routine patrol of Ralph Carter Park, located at 1385 Rymfire Drive in Palm Coast, turned into a drug bust for Flagler County deputies, according to a charging affidavit released by the Flagler County Sheriff's Office.

After observing several suspects consuming alcohol and smoking marijuana, deputies pulled over a white Buick sedan before the vehicle could leave the park, according to the report. Deputies found Palm Coast resident Tyneka Addison, 26, as the car's sole occupant, and during a probable cause search, uncovered 109.1 grams of marijuana, about 14 grams of crack cocaine, an electronic scale and $3,123 in cash.

Addison was placed under arrest for possession of marijuana of 20 grams with the intent to distribute and possession of crack cocaine with the intent to distribute.

In addition, the park is about 800 feet from Rymfire Elementary School. Addison was also charged with with intent to distribute marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and intent to distribute cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school.

She was taken to the Flagler County Inmate Facility without incident.
