A Palm Coast Plantation home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Dec. 11-17, 2014. Donald Gagnon, of Rochester, New Hampshire, sold the home at 97 Riverwalk Drive S. to William and Candice Provident, of Palm Coast, for $650,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace, a boat dock and lift and 3,032 square feet of living area.


FLAGLER BEACH
Painters Walk
Thomas and Ramona Paluh, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2995 Painters Walk to Painters Paradise LLC for $545,000. Built in 1997, it has five bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,974 square feet of living area.


Pebble Beach Village
Sefton O’Neill Tranter, of Jacksonville, Wesley James Tranter, of Neptune Beach, and Teal Mason Tranter, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 71 Beachwood Drive to Jack McAnelly and Gail McDonough, of Deltona, for $200,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,473 square feet of living area.

Robert Perkins and Paula Wilborn, of Buford, Georgia, sold the home at 1509 N. Central Ave. to Thomas and Cynthia Brunk, of Mashpee, Massachusetts, for $325,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,666 square feet of living area.
