CitiMortgage Inc. sold the home at 241 Riverwalk Drive S. to Fred Rebarber, of Palm Coast, for $509,009. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a boat dock and house and 4,082 square feet of living area.

Carol Gearst, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 39 Princess Kim Lane to Richard Jones and Brenda Jones, of Davison, Mich., for $178,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,553 square feet of living area.
