Robert Triulzi and Peggy Smith Triulzi, of Montgomery, Texas, sold the home at 66 Heron Drive to David and Marilyn Altmansberger, of Palm Coast, for $659,900. Built by the sellers in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 3,907 square feet of living area.

J Ryan Realty LLC, of New York, sold the home condo at 4600 Moody Blvd. E., Unit 3-N, to Galina Bogdan, of Palm Coast, for $75,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1050 square feet of living area.

Nelson and Sheila Walls, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1849 S. Flagler Ave. to Rayme and Doris Martin, of New Holland, Pa., for $165,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,092 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 146 Plain View Drive to KBN Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, for $74,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,331 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $180,000.

Ken and Barbara Bodeep, of Homasassa, sold the condo at 1000 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 934, to Jay and Mary Neyer, of Maple Glen, Pa., for $245,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1684 square feet of living area.
