A Palm Coast Plantation home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week ending Feb. 2. Jay and Pamela Prentice, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 127 Riverwalk Drive S. to Andrew and Nancy Germain, of Jessup, Md., for $545,000. Built in 2006, it has three beds, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,773 square feet.

FLAGLER BEACH
Ocean Marina
Richard Haag, of Orange City, sold Unit G-10 of Ocean Marina Condominium, Phase III, 1002 Ocean Marina Drive, to David and Kim McKnight, of Melrose, for $133,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,140 square feet of living area. It sold in 1997 for $76,000.

Ocean Palm
Joanne McGann, of Rockland, Mass., sold the home at 210 Ocean Palm Drive to John and Marianna Buchert, of Stuart, for $220,000. Built by the seller in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,696 square feet of living area.

Daytona North
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 3881 Clove Ave. to Attilio Salza, of Bunnell, for $47,001. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,032 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $46,000.

Wells Fargo Bank sold condominium Unit 815, Surf Club II, 80 Surfview Drive, to Harison Sidhu, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,640 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $226,000.

Betty Davis, of Atlanta, sold condominium Unit 121 of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock, 200 Cinnamon Beach Way, to Gregg and Tracy Munn, of Palm Coast, for $310,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $679,000.

Antonio Moran Jr., of Brunswick, Ga., sold condominium Unit 317-D of The Hammock Beach Club, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, to Rhona Feigenbaum, of Roslyn, N.Y., for $340,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $664,000.
