A bank-owned home in Palm Coast Plantation tops this week’s sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Jan. 6–15. Fifth Third Bank sold the home at 87 Emerald Lake Drive to Jeffrey and Jennifer Depiero, of Palm Coast, for $316,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,452 square feet of living area.

BUNNEL
Thomas King, of Fort Lauderdale, sold condominium Unit 13J of Palm Pointe I, 4600 Moody Blvd. E., to Nataliya Weinberger, of Hurley, N.Y., for $43,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,050 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $169,902.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Nancy Boccuzzi, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 3650 Old Kings Road S. to William Fedun, of Flagler Beach, for $275,000. Built by the seller in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,359 square feet of living area.

KLJ Mortgage Capital Inc. sold condominium Unit 509-D, The Hammock Beach Club, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, to Joshua Rosenbaum, of Palm Coast, for $275,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $1,175,000.

Belle Terre
Fannie Mae sold the home at 32 Pebble Stone Lane to Stephen Sherman and Jessica Sherman, of Piscataway, N.J., for $83,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,256 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $127,500.

Lisa Stachniewicz, of Bayonne, N.J., sold the home at 207 Pritchard Drive to Edward Kirejczyk III and Maria Kirejczyk, of Middletown, Conn., for $84,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $75,600.
