A Palm Coast Plantation home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of March 26 to April 1. Jeffery and Sharon Knight, of Richmond, Texas, sold the home at 7 Emerald Lake Court to James Merrill and Mary Hodges, of Norwalk, Connecticut, for $510,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace, a boat dock and 2,602 square feet of living area.
 

BEVERLY BEACH
Sunset Inlet
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 2770 Morning Light Court to Jeffrey and Brandi Sheridan, of Fernandina Beach, for $495,550. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,624 square feet of living area.
 

FLAGLER BEACH
Fairchild Oaks
Justin and Lauren Koble, of Corapoli, Pennsylvania, sold the home at 16 Ivey Lane to Terrence and Jessica Orr, of Flagler Beach, for $335,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 3,007 square feet of living area.
 

Morningside
Patricia Brown, of Altoona, sold the home at 2320 Flagler Ave. S. to Richard and Stacie Norman, of Centereach, New York, for $255,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,462 square feet of living area.
 

PALM COAST
Cypress Knoll
Cuong and Thu Nguyen, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 57 Eastwood Drive to Douglas Brown and Janice Reid, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,098 square feet of living area.

Betty Ann Proxee, of Palm Coast, and Bruno Courtois, of Berlin, Connecticut, sold the home at 34 Edgely Lane to Nancy Penski, of Ocala, for $233,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,992 square feet of living area.

Kerry Jacobsen, trustee of the 19 Emerald Lane Trust, sold the home at 19 Emerald Lane to Robert and Wands Parsons, of Palm Coast, for $149,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,746 square feet of living area.
 

Grand Haven
Eric Hespenheide and Judith Hicks, od Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Jasmine Drive to Terry Lee Nichols and Pamela Sue Griffin Nichols, of Palm Coast, for $425,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa and 2,652 square feet of living area.

MIA Properties LLC sold the home at 35 Arrowhead Drive to Ronnie and Sharon Wagner, of Palm Coast, for $222,000. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,806 square feet of living area.

John and Marie Washburn sold the home at 9 Graham Trail to Thomas and Patricia Riddle, of Brunswick, Ohio, for $228,500. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,078 square feet of living area.
 

Indian Trails
Vincent Oliveri and Sandra Parkes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Billing Place to Evandro Carvalho Guedes and Adriana Carvalho Guedes, of Palm Coast, for $132,000. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,396 square feet of living area.

Seagate Homes LLC sold the home at 17 Biscay Lane to Maria Cordero and Julio Pagan-Laboy, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, for $189,935. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 109 Bren Mar Lane to Sonia Tavaska and Ronald Tavaska, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,099 square feet of living area.

John Re, Toni Re and Carmella Re, of Webster, New York, sold the home at 18 Brooksiade Lane to Albert and Sharon Schoonmaker, of Bunnell, for $113,900. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,380 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $89,000.

Arthur and Helen Runnions, of Summerville, South Carolina, sold the home at 11 Bunker Hill Drive to Larry Lee, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,535 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 77 Burbank Drive to David Fowlkes and Leona Louden, of Fillia, New York, for $160,500. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a fireplace and 2,013 square feet of living area.

Robert and Mary McAlpin sold the home at 33 Burning View Lane to Henry and Angela Cressman, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,863 square feet of living area.

Steven Thomas and Brue Garrison, trustees of the 43 Burning View Lane Trust, sold the home at 43 Burning View Lane to John and Cathy Gardner, of Noblesville, Indiana, for $210,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,108 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 221 London Drive to Harris Burchell, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,104 square feet of living area.

Patricia Boss sold the home at 16 Chickasaw Court to Richard Brandon and Perri Brandon, of Palm Coast, for $425,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a fireplace, a boat dock and 1,891 square feet of living area.

Robert Crawford Jr. and Viktoria Crawford, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 30 Colechester Lane to Lynn George, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 3,054 square feet of living area.

Kjell Larsson and Eva Larsson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Crazy Horse Court to Geraldo Silva and Jackeline Silva, of Monroe, New York, for $455,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and 2,760 square feet of living area.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 55 Fawn Lane to Lorraine Schell and Margaret Lahr, of Palm Coast, for $97,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,543 square feet of living area.

Valerie Ledterman, of Euless, Texas, sold the home at 56 Folcroft Lane to John and Tina Burcham, of Palm Coast, for $193,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a fireplace and 2,010 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 24 Forest Hill Drive to Allen and Karen Pollock and Harvey Barg, of Palm Coast, for $97,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet of living area.
 

Pine Lakes
Glenn Whitter, successor trustee of the Dorothy A. Whitter Declaration of Trust, sold the home at 71 Wynnfield Drive to Lydia Lara Musgrove, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area.

Stephen Spicer Jr. and Ruthann Spicer sold the home at 5 Cedar Point Drive to Gary and Elizabeth Richtarcik, of Palm Coast, for $149,900. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,666 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $265,900.
 

Surf Club
Charlotte Blackwell, of Gainesville, sold the condo at 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 824, to Christopher and Debra Shagnea, of St. Johns, for $495,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,786 square feet of living area.
 

Quail Hollow
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 15 Zaun Trail to POL Investors Group LLC for $101,850. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,781 square feet of living area.

Nadezhda Gula and Igor Gula sold the home at 10 Zebra Court to Lamar Nichols and Stephanie Watson, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,803 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $93,500.

Daniel Sanchez, Randolph Sanchez and Andrew Gerbig, of Pico River, California, sold the home at 36 Zinnia Trail to Fred Rebarber, of Palm Coast, for $128,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,548 square feet of living area.
 

Waterside
James Urqwhart, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 102 Club House Drive, Unit 104, to Cameron and Jill Orr, of Palm Coast, for $290,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,297 square feet of living area.
 

Woodlands
Earle Hand, of Winston Salem, North Carolina, sold the home at 48 Blakeport Lane to Susan Scala , of Patchogue, New York, for $100,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,159 square feet of living area.

Eugene Standen, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 89 Blare Drive to Lester Joseph McClure Jr. and Rachel McClure, of Palm Coast, for $126,500. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,096 square feet of living area.
