A Palm Coast Plantation home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of March 26 to April 1. Jeffery and Sharon Knight, of Richmond, Texas, sold the home at 7 Emerald Lake Court to James Merrill and Mary Hodges, of Norwalk, Connecticut, for $510,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace, a boat dock and 2,602 square feet of living area.
 

BEVERLY BEACH
Sunset Inlet
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 2770 Morning Light Court to Jeffrey and Brandi Sheridan, of Fernandina Beach, for $495,550. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,624 square feet of living area.
 

FLAGLER BEACH
Fairchild Oaks
Justin and Lauren Koble, of Corapoli, Pennsylvania, sold the home at 16 Ivey Lane to Terrence and Jessica Orr, of Flagler Beach, for $335,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen and 3,007 square feet of living area.

Patricia Brown, of Altoona, sold the home at 2320 Flagler Ave. S. to Richard and Stacie Norman, of Centereach, New York, for $255,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,462 square feet of living area.

Cuong and Thu Nguyen, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 57 Eastwood Drive to Douglas Brown and Janice Reid, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,098 square feet of living area.

Betty Ann Proxee, of Palm Coast, and Bruno Courtois, of Berlin, Connecticut, sold the home at 34 Edgely Lane to Nancy Penski, of Ocala, for $233,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,992 square feet of living area.

Kerry Jacobsen, trustee of the 19 Emerald Lane Trust, sold the home at 19 Emerald Lane to Robert and Wands Parsons, of Palm Coast, for $149,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,746 square feet of living area.

Daniel Sanchez, Randolph Sanchez and Andrew Gerbig, of Pico River, California, sold the home at 36 Zinnia Trail to Fred Rebarber, of Palm Coast, for $128,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,548 square feet of living area.
