A home on the Intracoastal Waterway in gated Palm Coast Plantation tops the list of residential real estate transactions for the week of Nov. 7 to Nov. 11. Robert Yurkanin II, of Fort Lauderdale, sold the home at 115 Riverwalk Drive S. to Thomas and Susan Josey, of Palm Coast, for $420,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a spa, a raised wooden walkway to the Intracoastal for a future dock and 2,433 square feet of living space.

FLAGLER BEACH
South Beach
Rowland Neil IV and Julie Neil, of Miami, sold Unit 112 to Dewey and Denise Kemp, of Flagler Beach, for $157,500. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,523 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $188,500.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 808 Central Ave. to Paul and Heather Allen, of Tabernacle, N.J., for $130,000. Built in 1950, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $105,000.

James and Cornelia Manfre, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 923 to James Harris III and Mary Harris, of Wallingford, Pa., for $175,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $475,000.

Raymond and Dana Sito, of Wilmington, N.C., sold Unit 623 to RBS Investments of Palm Coast LLC, of Roanoke, Va., for $350,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $433,400.

Cypress Knoll
Ronald and Suzette Lopez, of Sayreville, N.J., sold the home at 33 Esperanto Drive to Kevin and Rosanne Gillson, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built by the sellers in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,634 square feet of living area.

European Village
Regions Bank sold Unit B408 to Mike and Elena Probershteyn, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $40,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $272,000.

Fairways Condominiums
Gilberto and Margaret Wee, of South San Francisco, sold the unit at 26 Pine Hurst to Robert and Shirley Nolan, of North Haven, Conn., for $52,500. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 950 square feet of living area. It sold in 1981 for $68,100.

Grand Haven
Suntrust Mortgage sold the home at 119 Willow Oak Way to Robert Spetsas and Jessie Flaim-Spetsas, of Palm Coast, for $372,500. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,227 square feet of living area.

Angel and Anna Hernandez, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 100 Burroughs Drive to Clifford Wold, of Alliance, Canada, for $82,500. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,641 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $148,900.

Peter Chen, of Altamonte Springs, sold the home at 53 Briarvue Lane to Fernando De Silva, of Newark, N.J., for $109,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,102 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $130,000.

Marina Cove
David Arthur Sr., of Inverness, sold the unit at 41 Captains Walk to Linda Wingo, of Orlando, for $190,000. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,565 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $189,900.

Palm Harbor
John and Mary Baggott, of Deerfield, Mich., sold the home at 9 Cormorant Court to Richard and Angela Martin, of Long Beach, N.Y., for $270,000. Built by the sellers in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,114 square feet of living area.

Rose Keane, Theresa Del Ponte and Joseph San Pietro, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 52 Flamingo Drive to Steven and Joanne Kalabokes, of Fairfax, Va., for $105,000. Built by the sellers in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,100 square feet of living area.

Henry Gordon, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Crossleaf Court to Martin and Roberta Willson, of Palm Coast, for $227,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,004 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $181,000.

US Bank sold the home at 111 Fort Caroline Lane to Desiderio Carreiro, of Palm Coast, for $39,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,156 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $84,300.

Pine Grove
Sherri Tavenner, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Pickcane Lane to Rafael Hylton and Dilcia Sealey, of Marlboro, Md., for $139,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,829 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $189,900.

Pine Lakes
Lynn Murray, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 35 Westcliffe Lane to LouAnn Clark and JoAnn Theesfeld, of Budd Lake, N.J., for $125,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,700 square feet of living area.

Seagate Homes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 35 Lloshire Path to James Lyle Sr. and Nina Lyle, of Palm Coast, for $158,400. Built by the seller in 2011, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,445 square feet of living area.

Patricia Williams, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 76 Kankakee Trail to Cecil and Jerusha Perry, of Palm Coast, for $123,000. Built by the seller in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,614 square feet of living area.

Brian and Bobbie Milligan, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 75 Karas Trail to Cassandra Witkowski, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a storage building and 2,862 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $130,600. The pool and storage building were added in 2004.

Alexander Gourin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 12 Selwyn Place to Donald and Lillie Johnston, of Palm Coast, for $140,000, Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,581 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $231,000.

Shangri-La
Ralph Chianelli, of Stamford, Conn., sold Unit 203 of Building 1 to Walter Fritz Sr. and Elizabeth Fritz, of Palm Coast, for $47,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 888 square feet of living area. It sold in 1979 for $34,700.

Tidelands
Citimortgage sold Unit 1732 to Malika Samaroo-Salaam, of Winnipeg, Canada, for $59,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $303,400.
