Palm Coast Pastor Bob Hayes Receives Mission Award in Orlando

On Tuesday, Jan. 19, Palm Coast Seventh Day Adventist Church Pastor Bob Hayes was presented with the 2016 Mission Award, at the Adventist Health System CREATION Health Conference in Orlando.

CREATION Health is a lifestyle transformation program, created to help people reach their goals, and live a full and complete life. This program aims to teach participants how to improve their overall health and wellbeing.

“For more than five years, Pastor Hayes has guided the CREATION Health series at Florida Hospital Flagler and he has truly contributed to healthy living in Flagler County, training more than 700 people in the community on the CREATION Health principles,” Ken Mattison, Florida Hospital Flagler CEO, said. “We wanted to recognize Pastor Hayes for his innovative leadership and dedication to improving the health status of our community.”

Hayes has been the pastor of the Palm Coast Seventh Day Adventist Church for more than 12 years.  Florida Hospital Flagler is a member of Adventist Health System, a faith-based health care organization with 44 hospital campuses and nearly 8,300 licensed beds in 10 states.
