To report on Wednesday's Hurricane Dorian stories, we will push back publication one day.

It’s headed straight for us! It’s slowing down! It’s heading out to sea! But don’t let your guard down!

Hurricane Dorian has been difficult to predict, to say the least. But we decided this week that we would rather have an extra day to ensure that we would be able to report on what happens in the community.

That means we will be sending the pages to the printer on Thursday, and you will see the Palm Coast Observer — on your driveways and in racks and stands throughout the community, and in E-Edition format on our website — on Friday.

That’s a day after our normal schedule, and we apologize for any inconvenience. In the meantime, stay tuned to our website, palmcoastobserver.com, for up-to-the-minute updates.

Do you have an idea for a post-storm story? Email me at [email protected].

Stay safe!
