Palm Coast man hit with slew of charges, including aggravated battery of a pregnant woman and possession of drug paraphernalia

Deputies arrested Palm Coast resident Patrick Leroy on Monday, Oct. 30, after he violated probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Leroy, 29, was found hiding in a closet at the home of Charles Jarmin at South Shady Lane in Palm Coast, according to a charging affidavit by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.

After subduing Leroy, deputies noticed two water bongs, a marijuana grinder, glass pipes and tubes for smoking narcotics, and a small bag with white residue in the room in plain view.

Leroy, who allegedly punched and threatened to kill his pregnant girlfriend, on Oct. 22, was taken to Flagler County Jail.

Leroy racked up a slew of charges, including possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana under 20 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief damage over $200 but less than $1,000, tampering with a witness, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery of a pregnant woman.
