According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts Dec. 10 to 14:
• Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt is an eating establishment at 1475 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Skilled Hammers LLC is a home-based carpentry business.
• Andrey Chepelkin is a home-based company.
• Robert Polidore LLC is a home-based company.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Dec. 6 to 12. Total number of all permits issued: 99.
Commercial permit applications received:
• The Hardy Group applied for a $15,000 permit for interior renovations to 31 Lupi Court #210.
• T-Con Group applied for a $10,000 permit for interior renovations to 85 Cypress Point Parkway #1.
• T-Con Group applied for a $10,000 permit for interior renovations to 85 Cypress Point Parkway #3.
Commercial permits issued:
• Halifax Paving was issued a $1,522,285 permit for a multi-use trail along Pine Lakes Parkway.
• Caprock LLC was issued a $2,495 permit for a fence at 4600 Belle Terre Parkway.
Residential permits issued:
• Saltwater Homes Inc. was issued a $400,000 permit for a single-family residence at 117 Longview Way N.
• Adams Home of NW Florida was issued a $269,000 permit for a single-family residence at 36 Riviera Drive.
• Adams Home of NW Florida was issued a $168,000 permit for a single-family residence at 5 Utopia Court.
• Southern Accent Development was issued a $2,424 permit for an addition to 21 Fawn Lane.
• Naytobi Rodriguez was issued a $2,000 permit for an addition to 32 Pier Lane.
• Cummings Plumbing Inc. was issued a $1,500 permit for alterations to 58 Secretary Trail.
Occupancy permits issued:
• Palm Coast Medical Research claimed occupancy at 84 Pinnacles Drive #500.
Commercial certificates of occupancy issued:
