Palm Coast’s first Centra Care: Florida Hospital Urgent Care is located at, 1270 Palm Coast Parkway NW, and opened on Thursday, January 21. The location is one of 32 in Florida, and is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

The location is equipped with diagnostic machinery, X-rays and EKGs. Services include treatments for broken bones, lacerations, ear infections, vomiting, sinus infections, cold and flu, back pains, rashes and more. This location also offers $25 back-to-school, sports and camp physicals.

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts for Jan. 14-20:

  • We File Inc., an income tax service at 227B St. Joe Plaza Drive.
  • Home-based businesses: Windows, Doors & More, siding, window and door contractor; Francis Rick Repoza Handyman and Janitorial Services; Natasha L Cooper; handyman service; D&S Home Improvements and Painting LLC, handyman service; Ideal Inspection of Florida LLC, home inspection; House of Love Adult Care LLC, adult care home.

 

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Jan. 14-20. Total number of all permits issued: 153. Since January 2009, $826,966,557 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

 

Commercial permits applications

ML Warwick applied for a $140,000 application for interior alterations at Tropical Smoothie at Island Walk, 250 Palm Coast Parkway N, Unit 203.

Bomar Construction was issued a $75,000 permit for interior alterations at Harbor Federal Savings Bank, 746 Belle Terre Parkway.

Savarita LLC was issued a $110,000 permit for site development at Palm Coast Plaza, 234 Central Ave.

 

Residential permits issued

Seagate Homes was issued $385,000 for a single-family residence at 58 Waterfront Park Road.

Maronda Homes was issued $301,000 for a single-family residence at 22 Lancaster Lane.

Seagate Homes was issued $271,000 for a single-family residence at 27 Buffalo Plains Lane.

Palm Coast Homes Construction was issued $266,000for a single-family residence at 6 Smoke Candle Place.

Seagate Homes was issued $258,000 for a single-family residence at 34 Kaywood Place.

Seagate Homes was issued $345,000 for a single-family residence at 51 Regency Drive.

Phillips Coastal Construction was issued $28,000 for an addition at 27 Cooper Lane.

Joseph Vohlers was issued $25,750 for alterations at 14 Wood Aspen Lane.

Hubco Services was issued $20,000 for alterations at 43 Pine Brook Drive.

Intervest Consulting was issued $8,000 for an addition at 10 Scarlet Oak.

Angel Ruiz-Perez was issued $2,200 for alterations at 6 Walter Place.

 

Occupancy permits

William Schiffer was issued a permit for Let's Play, a small video arcade at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit B113.

Fletchers Music Centers was issued a permit for Fletcher Music Centers at 231 St. Joe Plaza.

 

Certificate of occupancy

ME Construction was issued an occupancy certificate of $1,045,000 for a Convenience Store and Gas Station at 295 Pine Lakes Parkway.
