Though much of it was blacked out to preserve confidentiality of individuals and investigative techniques, a May 10 report reveals that the Sheriff’s Office used a “confidential source” in the process of arresting a P-section woman for selling cocaine.
Identified only as “CS,” the individual arrived at the home of Victoria Kloc, 40B Pine Haven Drive, on March 22, and knocked one time on the front door. When an unknown man opened the door, CS asked for “Pee Wee.”
The man said Pee Wee was in the shower, and CS entered the home. The man then called out the name, “Vic,” and Kloc entered the living room.
“What’s up?” CS said.
Kloc then gave CS a rock of cocaine. CS handed over $40. According to the report, CS arrived and left within about 60 seconds.
Klock, 20, was on probation and was charged with sale of cocaine, a felony.
As of May 15, Kloc was being held on $10,000 bond. She had previously been jailed for shoplifting/retail theft in October, at the Flagler County Inmate Facility.
According to Sheriff's Office Spokeswoman Debra Johnson, this is a Florida Department of Law Enforcement case.
