Oceanfront house with 11 bedrooms gets $2 million

A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 4-10 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Kenneth and Laurie Wattret, of the United Kingdom, sold 46 Ocean Ridge Blvd. N. to Angela Kuhn, of Locust Grove, Georgia, for $2 million. Built in 2014, the house is an 11/8.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 8,532 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Dave and Clara Chung sold 95 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1421, to Wincenty and Barbara Przydzial, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,586 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $384,900.

Land Trust 313 Riverview Bend, of Cranford, New Jersey, sold 5 Riverview Bend N., Unit 313, to Thelma L. Franzoni Trust Agreement for $220,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,636 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $309,900.

Paul and JoAnn Pelliccia, of Palm Coast, sold 54 Club House Drive, Unit 202, to John and Bobbie Delbonis, of Palm Coast, for $117,500. Built in 1977, the condo is a 1/1 and has 665 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $75,000.

Belle Terre

William and Bente Belanger, of Mechanic Falls, Maine, sold 20 Pebble Wood Lane to Robert and Judy Bashaw, of Palm Coast, for $247,770. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,746 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $233,000.

RH Asset Holdings LLC, of Orlando, sold 44 Prince Eric Lane to Michael and Lesley Harrison, as trustees, for $225,450. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,500 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Zinoviy and Irina Kuperman, of Swampscott, Massachusetts, sold 75 Eric Drive to Alla Greysman, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,051 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $237,200.

Fuquay

Charles and Sandy Muller, of Miami, sold 2143 Central Ave. S. to Margaret Harding, of Flagler Beach, for $385,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 2,772 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $500,000.

Gold Coast

Marshall and Marlene Shupe, of Flagler Beach, sold 1537 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Yvonne Avery, of Flagler Beach, for $470,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 2/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,350 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $450,000.

Grand Haven

John and Margaret Subers, individually and as trustees, sold 11 Creekside Drive to Anthony and Myriam Volpe, of Palm Coast, for $470,450. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,579 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $575,000.

Anthony and Helen Devico sold 26 St. Andrews Court to Vance and Kimberly Donald, of Palm Coast, for $365,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,221 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $369,900.

Grand Landings

Bryan and Riley Carter, of Bunnell, sold 127 Crepe Myrtle Court to Scott Moss, of Palm Coast, for $275,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,914 square feet.

Hammock Beach

David and Judy Jack, of Jenks, Oklahoma, sold 46 Ocean Oaks Lane to Emil and Deborah Kiss, of Palm Coast, for $1.06 million. Built in 2007, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,538 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $925,000.

Hammock Dunes

William and Judy Bartels, individually and as trustees, sold 9 Via Salerno to Ronald Meyer, of Palm Coast, for $575,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,183 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $745,000.

Lehigh Woods

Sean and Lori Brown sold 1 Rockwell Lane W. to Emily Paro, of Palm Coast, for $223,000. Built in 2008, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,812 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $140,000.

Jose and Maria Costa, of Palm Coast, sold 3 Robin Hood Lane to Fabio Salza and Sierra Dean, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,367 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $125,000.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 32 Lamont Lane to Heather Myers and Jeffrey Walters, of Palm Coast, for $220,100. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,540 square feet.

Fannie Mae, of Dallas, sold 1317 Daytona Ave. N. to Edward and Julienne Guidera, of Flagler Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,260 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $122,000.

Ocean Hammock

Marsha Berning, individually and as representative, sold 36 Ocean Ridge Blvd. N. to David and Jinan Duncan, of Palm Coast, for $1.95 million. Built in 2009, the house is a 6/6 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator, dune walk and 5,828 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $1.46 million.

Palm Coast Plantation

Jacquelyn Rector, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 235 Riverwalk Drive S. to Constance and Richard Hutcherson, of Palm Coast, for $1.1 million. Built in 2010, the house is a 5/5.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 5,562 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Richard and Constance Hutcherson, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Carlson Lane to Jessica Alcott, of Palm Coast, for $435,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,180 square feet.

Pine Grove

Margit Hegedus, individually and as trustee, sold 25 Post Lane to Ellen Blackford, of Galloway, New Jersey, for $165,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,367 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $80,200.

Pine Lakes

Lacone and Frank Celestino, of Palm Coast, sold 100 Wellington Drive to Fareed Nsheiwat and Lina Ziadeh, of Palm Coast, for $294,900. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,405 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $198,000.

Laura Gazzoli, of Palm Coast, sold 5 Seaman Trail E. to Jack and Deborah Nyhoff, of Palm Coast, for $266,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,208 square feet.
