A house in Flagler Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 6-12 in Flagler County. Sheri Steffens, individually and as trustee, sold 3341 Ocean Shore Blvd. N. to Edith and Thomas Reilly, of Windermere, for $923,500. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a shared dune walk and 2,336 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $845,000. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Kenneth Ulich sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 507, to Carolyn German, of Palm Coast, for $361,500. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $429,900.

Mort Thompson, of Townsend, Wisconsin, sold 3651 Central Ave. S., Unit 102, to Robin Walker-Gibbons, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, for $275,000. Built in 2002, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $195,000.

Erika Blescus, of Palm Coast, sold 40 Club House Drive, Unit 205, to Rui and Jenevieve Ferreira, of Palm Coast, for $112,000. Built in 1977, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 986 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $118,000.

Fairchild Oaks

Larry Jones and Margaret Sheehan-Jones, individually and as trustees, sold 21 Whitehall Court to Stefano and Kerry Giannini, of Flagler Beach, for $290,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,845 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $280,000.

Grand Haven

Barbra and Brian Dragstrem, individually and as trustees, sold 101 Front St. to Jeffrey and Pamela Lacko, of Simsbury, Connecticut, for $677,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, shared dock and 3,343 square feet.

Indian Trails

James and Janet Allen sold 6 Burning View Lane to Timothy and Laura Blow, and Laura King, of Altamont, New York, for $339,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,355 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 38 Russell Drive to Gary and Myra Bolt, of Jackson, Kentucky, for $238,800. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,832 square feet.

Katina and Adolphus Leadon, of Palm Coast, sold 26 Riviera Estates Court to Phillip Finerson III, of St. Augustine, for $230,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,564 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $184,000.

Alexandria Klinkenberg, of Jacksonville, sold 31 Riviera Estates Court to Adolphus and Katina Leadon, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,044 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $191,600.

Alfred Harris and Derenda Edmondson, of Jacksonville, sold 2 Ripton Place to Mark and Mary Johnson, of Cadiz, Kentucky, for $189,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,004 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $182,000.

Palm Coast Plantation

Dan and Edith Ferrena sold 282 Riverwalk Dr. S. to Christopher and Vicki Cook, of Lexington, Kentucky, for $380,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,212 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Richard and Leona Christie, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Old Oak Drive S. to Craig and Alison Wilson, of Palm Coast, for $765,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,973 square feet.

Wu and Sons One Realty LLC, of Bayside, New York, sold 11 Floral Court to Robert and Agata Bator, of Chicopee, Massachusetts, for $320,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,874 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $370,000.

William Hahn sold 90 Forrester Place to Malcolm Kerr, of Palm Coast, for $174,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,593 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $195,000.

Pine Grove

Eveline Tucker, of Newnan, Georgia, sold 128 Park Place Circle to Patricia Tobin, of Palm Coast, for $259,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,876 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $224,300.

Corey Mansell and Deborah Hughes, of Palm Coast, sold 42 Pin Oak Drive to Brian and Lorraine Pottow, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,254 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $230,000.

WJH LLC, of Greensboro, North Carolina, sold 33 Poindexter Lane to Vuthy Try and Chhun Mony, of Palm Coast, for $171,990. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,709 square feet.

Pine Lakes

Skyway Builders Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 25 Wood Center Lane to Jason Dover and Marisa Dipace-Dover, of Palm Coast, for $295,500. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,197 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 886 Creekwood Drive to Conrad and Joyce Regent, of Ormond Beach, for $449,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,512 square feet.

Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 842 Creekwood Drive to James and Erica Fritz, of Ormond Beach, for $409,866. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,979 square feet.

Quail Hollow

Guy Lathrop, of Palm Coast, sold 38 Kankakee Trail to Kevin Sydnor, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,070 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $172,800.

Rio Mar

David and Kathleen Gay, of Flagler Beach, sold 1512 Daytona Ave. N. to Thomas and Donna Fisher, of Middleburg, for $325,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,445 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $350,000.

Sea Colony

John and Cheryl Mampe, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Bristol Lane to Jeffrey and Doris Wiener, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,364 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $140,100.
