A house with a private walkover to the beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of July 5-11 in Flagler County. Gerald and Karen Ponder, of Tallahassee, sold 6995 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Linda Couey, individually and as trustee, and Michael Couey, of Huntington Beach, California, for $918,500. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,209 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1,475,000.

Condos

Steven and Gloria Poyzer, of Middlesex, New York, sold 45 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1936, to Larry and Patricia Gaddis, of Aurora, Illinois, for $310,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,007 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $257,000.

Stephen and Elke Gallagher, of Palm Coast, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 270, to Barbara Reder and Scott Madsen, of Fort Worth, Texas, for $280,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,918 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $549,000.

Joan McReynolds, of Denton, Texas, sold 27 Greenbriar Court, Unit 27, to Rochelle Masquefa, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $152,500.

Saltwater Homes Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 213 Conservatory Drive to William and Evelyn Pica, of Green Cove Springs, for $485,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,509 square feet.

Armand Beach

Laura Messina, of Palm Coast, sold 51 Solee Road to Glenn Cline, of Wedowee, Alabama, for $308,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,598 square feet.

Belle Terre

Marina Nozhkin and Alex Krasner sold 334 Parkview Drive to Robert and Elizabeth Lynch, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,032 square feet.

Indian Trails

Theodora Sukhu, of Palm Coast, sold 63 Burnell Drive to Mariusz Czosnyka, of Palm Coast, for $268,500. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,471 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $241,600.

Lakeside at Matanzas Shores

Richard Tursi and Sharon Tursi, of Palm Coast, sold 7 San Pablo Court to Robert and Diane Wilson, of Bluffton, South Carolina, for $335,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $350,000.

Matanzas Woods

James and Patricia Gagliardi, of Brunswick, Georgia, sold 91 Lake Success Drive to Tommy and Stephanie Fisher, of Palm Coast, for $245,500. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,793 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $195,000.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 25 Lewisdale Lane to Evan and Amanda Elston, of Palm Coast, for $219,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,637 square feet.

Albert Fowler, of Palm Coast, sold 37 Red Clover Lane to Joel and Rebecca Gaffney, of Palm Coast, for $162,500. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $140,000.

Ocean Hammock

Barbara Etter, of Flower Mound, Texas, sold 30 Sandpiper Lane to Glenn Hoffman and Marie Ranfone, of Palm Coast, for $810,000. Built in 2014, the house has five bedrooms, six baths, a swimming pool, elevator and 3,951 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Kalpana and Kavita Patil, individually and as trustees, sold 65 Colechester Lane to Frank and Jane Hanky, of Westminster, Maryland, for $335,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,863 square feet.

Mark Evalenko sold 77 Freemont Turn to Brian Guiglotto, of Palm Coast, for $244,850. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet.

Mary and Anthony Bottom, of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, sold 105 Fenimore Lane to Terrence Whitehead and Tracy McCarty, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,594 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $70,500.

Diana and Carlos Garcia, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, sold 9 Phoenix Lane to Francena Walker, of Palm Coast, for $269,900. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,025 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $214,000.

Kacs Acquisitions LLC sold 21 Pilgrim Drive to Jeff and Trudi Hamel, of Palm Coast, for $227,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,296 square feet. It sold in March for $148,000.

Pine Lakes

David Caraway, of Cape Coral, sold 34 Pennypacker Lane to Vincent Maccherone and Lawrence Pulos, of Palm Coast, for $320,900. Built in 1995, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,122 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $186,900.

Patrik Petruska, individually and as trustee, sold 9 Warner Place to Michele Gulick, of Palm Coast, for $233,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,970 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $96,000.

Patricia Diesz, of Uniontown, Ohio, sold 85 Wedgewood Lane to Mario Rinaldi and Katherine King, of Palm Coast, for $191,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,086 square feet.

Quail Hollow

Arturo and Cristina Niebla, of Bunnell, sold 3 Zorro Court to Charles and Josefa Gliniewicz, as trustees, for $350,000. Built in 2009, the house has six bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,918 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $222,000.

Seminole Woods

Terry Radcliff, of Flagler Beach, sold 46 Seaton Valley Path to Laura Messina and Natalie Migliaccio, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,225 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $135,400.
