A house in Flagler Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 4-10 in Flagler County. R. Wayne Hartford and Deborah Skiadzien, individually and as trustees, sold 3303 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Joseph and Mary Murphy, of Flagler Beach, for $995,000. Built in 2018, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 2,458 square feet. Following is a partial list of other sales for the week.

Condos

Gregory and Patricia Rose, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 202, to Irene Hynes, as trustee, for $690,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,340 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $600,000.

Connie Smith, of North Haverhill, New Hampshire, sold 21 Marina Point Place to Larry and India Fannon, of Piney Flats, Tennessee, for $243,000. Built in 1993, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,565 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $173,000.

Anthony Saccavino and Alexander Saccavino, of St. Louis, Missouri, sold 38 Village Drive, Unit 12, to David and Kathleen Bolock, of Charlotte, North Carolina, for $118,000. Built in 1985, the condo has one bedroom, 1.5 bath and 945 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $55,000.

Belle Terre

AM and OM Renovations LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 24 Prestwick Lane to Gregory and Rebecca Burd, of Palm Coast, for $219,900. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,754 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $123,000.

Cypress Knoll

Frank Falciano and Gwen McCarthy, of Palm Coast, sold 98 Eric Drive to Jan and Dorota Pickarewicz, of Chicago Ridge, Illinois, for $345,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,606 square feet.

Fuquay

Randy Whitesell, of Delray Beach, sold 1436 Flagler Ave. S. to Albert and Heidi Gerth, of Bradford, New York, for $299,500. Built in 1989, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,412 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $84,500.

Grand Haven

Frank and Anna Simone, of North Haledon, New Jersey, sold 11 Sandpiper Court to Anthony and Linda Mladinov, of Malverne, New York, for $355,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,991 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $285,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 209 Grand Reserve Drive to Gregory Schulze and Jill Douville-Schulze, and Hertha Schulze, of Bunnell, for $255,040. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,799 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 211 Grand Reserve Drive to Pamela and Scott Steele, of Bunnell, for $243,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 129 Fairway Court to Robin Tyler and Tawanna Leven-Tyler, of Bunnell, for $207,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,862 square feet.

Hammock Beach

Irene Hynes, as trustee, sold 12 Avenue Monet to David Kushashvili and Milena Jguenti, of Palm Coast, for $735,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,010 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $899,000.

Indian Trails

Channy Khoen and Om Sovanneth, of Palm Coast, sold 44 Burning Ember Lane to Manuel and Maria Cavadas, of Hillside, New Jersey, for $270,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,860 square feet.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 48 Buttermill Drive to Theodore and Brandy West, of Palm Coast, for $249,150. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,265 square feet.

Lester and Anggraeni Ingram sold 169 Belleaire Drive to Kennith and Jennifer Fuller, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,084 square feet.

Lakeside at Matanzas Shores

Kathleen Fischer, of Alexandria, Virginia, sold 9 San Diego Lane to Dante Mendoza and Josefina Zapata, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 1992, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,498 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $144,300.

Lehigh Woods

Beverly Kokoszki, of Plymouth, Indiana, sold 1 Ryberry Place to Edward Predmore, of Hamburg, New Jersey, for $215,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,289 square feet.

WJH LLC, of Greensboro, North Carolina, sold 21 Roxanne Lane to James Buchanan and Jane Maynite, of Palm Coast, for $169,990. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,709 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Tea Family Holding Co. LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Claymont Court S. to Caitlin and Patrick Russell, and Michael and Catherine Greene, of Palm Coast, for $302,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 2,317 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $277,500.

Jacek Domanski, of Glendale Heights, Illinois, sold 13 Freemont Court to Jemon and Cheryl Little, of Palm Coast, for $219,900. Built in 1993, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,955 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $166,600.

Pine Grove

Anthony Guccione, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Poppy Place to Theodore and Helene Sidorsky, of Palm Coast, for $395,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,800 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Ernest and Jennifer Tuthill, of High Falls, New York, sold 23 Jasmine Run to Richard and Cheryl Parker, of Forked River, New Jersey, for $179,000. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,427 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $159,000.

Sea Colony

Helen Resnick, of Palm Coast, sold 15 Sea Vista Drive to Dorothy Vaughn, of Palm Coast, for $330,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,382 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $155,000.

Seminole Woods

Patricia and Edson Howe, of Bunnell, sold 9 Smith Trail to Christopher and Evelyn Helm, of Palm Coast, for $237,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,989 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $140,000.
