Oceanfront home tops sales list at $850,000

A beachside home on A1A tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of March 10-16. Ronald and Dianne Lane, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 3017 Oceanshore Blvd. N. to Albert and Kathleen Buschman, of Flagler Beach for $850,000. Built by the sellers in 2003, it has five bedrooms, two baths, an elevator and 3,242 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Fuquay
Ernest Greene and Susana Kiefer, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 1939 Central Ave. S. to Anthony and Kristin Tucker, of Flagler Beach, for $440,000. Built in 1976, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,626 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $150,000. The pool was added in 2010.

MTGLQ Investors LP, of Houston, sold the home at 1740 Oceanshore Blvd. S. to Gregory Garvey, of Hortonville, Wis., for $295,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,137 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $1.1 million.

Waterside
Freddie Mac sold the home at 1145 Lambert Ave. to John and Toni Lee, of Flagler Beach, for $320,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,815 square feet of living area.

Matanzas Shores
Cheryl Youngblood, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 San Pablo Court to Kenneth and Marion Jagodzinski, of West Seneca, N.Y., for $210,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $225,000.

Plantation Bay
Paul Apollonio, of Lagrangville, N.Y., sold the home at 1038 Stone Lake Drive to James and Maria Balotta, of North Ridgeville, Ohio, for $335,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,581 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $520,000.

Annamarie Garbarino, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Rue Renoir to David and Sandra Karaffa, of Palm Coast, for $400,000. Built by the sellers in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,123 square feet of living area.

Robert Reid Jr. and Alison Reid, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 2002 of Viscaya I, 23 Viscaya Lane, to Thomas and Betty Gilbert, of Orlando, for $215,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,837 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $400,000.

Hammock Cottages LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 27 Malacompra Road to Michael and Marjorie Guarracino, of North Port, for $208,500. Built by the seller in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,432 square feet of living area.

Bank of New York sold condominium Unit 743 of Canopy Walk, 700 Canopy Walk Lane, to Mary Pasquarello, of Tampa, for $135,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,238 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $271,100.

Freddie Mac sold condominium Unit 1122 of Canopy Walk, 1100 Canopy Walk Lane, to Josephine L’Heureux, of Palm Coast, for $137,500. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $305,000.

John and Joan Loechner, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Flamingo Court to Linda Stitzinger and Jennifer Humphreys, of Fairview, N.C., for $262,500. Built by the sellers in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,961 square feet of living area.

Seagate Homes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Marlin Drive to Jean Poland, of Palm Coast, for $243,900. Built by the seller in 2012, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,876 square feet of living area.

Corey and Maria Nedeau, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 20 Angela Drive to KS Invest LLC, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,333 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $85,000.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 143 Rae Drive to Damon and Filija Ruta, of Palm Coast, for $147,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,862 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $206,900.
