An oceanfront home in Sea Colony topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Oct. 15-19.

Sandra Aldrich, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 28 Sea Vista Drive to Frank Galioto, of Sanibel, for $566,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,780 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $250,000.

FLAGLER BEACH
Fuquay
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 1720 Central Ave. S. to Gregory Sanders, of Ormond Beach, for $186,250. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,624 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $165,000.

Nautilus
Maurice and Connie Mausbach, of Flagler Beach, sold Unit 105 of The Nautilus Condominium, 3580 Oceanshore Blvd. S., to Walter and Sueella Smith, of Valdosta, Ga., for $107,000. Built in 1982, it has one bedroom, one bath and 658 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $137,000.

Palma Vista
Thomas and Emily Jones, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 319 11th St. N. to Bradley and Marcia Ivey, of Jacksonville, for $228,300. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a boat dock and 1,452 square feet of living area.

Robert and Kristin Goodwin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 27 Moody Drive to Andrew and Rachel Sears, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,738 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $220,00

Palm Coast Plantation
Vladisiav and Lyudmila Krayter, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 90 Emerald Lake Drive to Kseniya Zdebskaya, of Palm Coast, for $239,800. Built 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,342 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $760,000.

John Vegerano, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 18 Mahoe Drive S. to William and Anne Duchess, of Oakdale, Pa., for $288,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,144 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $250,000

Hammock Dunes
Danny and Linda Dillon, of Dade City, sold condominium Unit 2004A, Viscaya I, 17 Viscaya Lane, to Dennis Flood and Carl Duyck, of Lewes, Del., for $189,500. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,837 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $180,000.

River Oaks
Valeri Kouzine, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 4 River Oaks Way to Gerald and Terry Clark, of Flagler Beach, for $185,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,444 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $462,000.

Larry Powell and Daryl Rauscher, of Bunnell, sold the home at 32 Perkins Lane to Milton and Sandra Mosher, of Bridgeport, N.Y., for $122,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,942 square feet of living area. It sold in June 2012 for $75,000.

Andrea Kubicki, of Brick, N.J., sold the home at 42 Primrose Lane to Emil and Denise Bates, of Palm Coast, for $197,500. Built by the seller in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 2,470 square feet of living area.

Cypress Knoll
Jeremy Gaffney, of Satellite Beach, sold the home at 109 Eastwood Drive to Ian and Jerri Coleman, of Palm Coast, for $172,500. Built by the seller in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,341 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Simon Harding and Geoffrey Rees, of Great Totham, U.K., sold the home at 27 Lagare St. to Hector Rodriguez and Anita Moeder, of Pompano Beach, for $260,000. Built by the sellers in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,004 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 12 Barring Place to Edwin and Barbara Berio, of Palm Coast, for $132,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,820 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $201,000.

Hill Family Realty LLC, Tamco Corp of Volusia County, BKG Properties LLC, SMT Properties Group LLC and ALT Homes LLC, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 20 Burgundy Place to Allen and Mona Baker, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,229 square feet of living area. It sold in June 2012 for $101,200.

Lehigh Woods
Barbara Loesche, Gina Harding and Paula Brown, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 89 Robinson Drive to Dennis and Sharon Ellingson, of Portland, Ore., for $120,000. Built in 2003, it had three bedrooms, two baths and 1,600 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $119,000.

Matanzas Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 19 Lewis Drive to Jose Rodriguez and Providencia Tavarez, of Palm Coast, for $197,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, two baths and 2,839 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $365,600.

Peter Hennessey and Tracy Callahan-Hennessey, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 56 Londonderry Drive to Richard and Catherine Gordon, of Palm Coast, for $147,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,732 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for 262,500.
