The top real estate transaction for the week of June 21-27 in Flagler County was a condo in Hammock Dunes. James and Nancy McDaniel, of Palm Coast, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 404, to Cornwell Holdings LP, of Newport News, Virginia, for $900,000. Built in 2006, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,690 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1,145,000. 

 

Condos

Ronald and Rita Klee, individually and as trustees, sold 3580 S. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 110, to Dean and Ruth Vanderbilt, of Decatur, Georgia, for $258,500. Built in 1982, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,545 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $88,600.

 

Wyman and Margaret Fisher, of Jacksonville, sold 3500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 219, to Robert and Janet Todd, and Victoria Todd, of Gainesville, for $190,000. Built in 1976, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,201 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $79,500.

 

Cypress Knoll

Adam Marcus, of Palm Coast, sold 114 Evans Drive to Francis and Deborah Ayers, of Prescott, Arizona, for $192,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,497 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $127,500.

 

George Moody

Da Zhong Huang and Shunqian Liu, of Dix Hills, New York, sold 1207 S. Daytona Ave. to Lizbeth and Thomas Clark, of Humble, Texas, for $240,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $285,000.

 

Grand Haven

Juan and Raquel Scornik, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Marshview Lane to Raymond and Marcia Norton, of Hebron, New Hampshire, for $312,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,000 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $210,000.

 

Hammock Dunes

Benjamin and Amy Hollingsworth, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold 14 Montilla Place to Christopher Blass and Debra Morton, of San Francisco, for $675,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,556 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $540,000.

 

Eugene and Alexandra Vellon, of Longboat Key, sold 18 Corte del Mar to Robert and Sherrie Greenberg, of Palm Coast, for $549,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,084 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $362,500.

 

Janet Robinson, individually and as trustee, sold 13 Montilla Place to Douglas and Renee Alter, of Palm Coast, for $515,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,671 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $600,000.

 

Richard Gordon, of Wellington, sold 10 Marbella Court to Chester and Catherine Swanson, of Palm Coast, for $415,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,572 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $535,000.

Running Good LLC, of Fort Pierce, sold 3 Butternut Drive to Marvin and Deana Calderon, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,875 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $350,000.

 

Lehigh Woods

Harold Grine Jr., of Salem, Virginia, sold 42 Renworth Lane to Theodore and Katherine Padgett, of Palm Coast, for $189,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,632 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $85,300.

 

Marineland Acres

Francine Beat, individually and as trustee, sold 61 Ocean St. to Palrenpro LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $856,250. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, dune walk and 2,368 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $300,000.

 

Maritime Estates

Travis and Terry-Anne Heidenreich, of Granbury, Texas, sold 18 Beachside Drive to Richard and Joan Gilland, of Palm Coast, for $321,900. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,434 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $430,500.

 

Oceanside Acres

Christopher and Tammy Blakely, of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, sold 4 Oceanside Drive to Robert and Valerie Piraneo, of West Coxsackie, New York, for $150,000. Built in 1975, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1008 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $170,000.

 

Palm Harbor

Alan and Susan Purvey, of Palm Coast, sold 17 Corona Court to Kymberleigh Nadeau, of Palm Coast, for $360,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 2,128 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $350,000.

 

Virginia McFadden, individually and as trustee, sold 6 Coyen Place to Werner and Judith Lambertz, of Clinton Township, Michigan, for $283,500. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,357 square feet.

 

Alexander Permyakov and Elena Kruglova, of Moscow, Russia, sold 130 Fort Caroline Lane to Shirley Martorano, of South Orange, New Jersey, for $195,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,675 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $143,000.

Dennis and Roseanne Rathsam, individually and as trustees, sold 2 Westfalls Lane to Robert and Marie Giordano, of Cutler Bay, for $244,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,271 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $158,000.

 

Dale Cagey sold 58 Weber Lane to Nancy and Richard Duerst, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,968 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $165,000.

 

Robert Wadkins, of Kew Gardens, New York, sold 46 Wood Center Lane to Osvaldo and Nohemi Cuenca, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 1989, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,573 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $72,100.

Volusia Residential Construction LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 823 Creekwood Drive to Denice and Lawrence Beighle, of Ormond Beach, for $324,478. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet.

 

Quail Hollow

Charles Pflaumer sold 19 Kathleen Trail to Felipe Estevez, of Jacksonville, for $215,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,817 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $255,900.
