An oceanfront condo in Hammock Beach tops this week’s sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Dec. 23-29. Bernard and Nancy Breen, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 753-A, Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, to Susan Goodwin, of Big Pine Key, for $700,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,475 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $660,000.

FLAGLER BEACH
The VillageDavid and Ruth Russell, of Rainham, England, sold the home at 13 Oak Lane to Daniel and Laurie Steflik, of Elko, Nev., for $72,500. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,176 square feet of living area.

John and Nancy Burt, of Johns Island, S.C., sold condominium Unit 181-G, Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, to James Davis, of Uniontown, Pa., for $315,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $644,000.

LRA Ocean Tower LLC sold condominium Unit 461-E, Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, to Gidman Family LLC, of Hull, Mass., for $525,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

LRA Ocean Tower LLC sold condominium Unit 462-F, Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, to Patricia Stella, of Wilkes Barre, Pa., for $450,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

LRA Ocean Tower LLC sold condominium Unit 561-E, Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, to Michael and Susan Pikitch, of New York, N.Y., for $575,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

BLI Inc., of Bartow, sold Condominium Unit 1315, The Villas at Hammock Beach, 15 Ocean Crest Drive, to Christiansen Investments Inc., of Burlington, Ontario, for $210,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $510,000.

Gary Page and Sandra Page, of Auburn, Ala., sold the home at 67 Island Estates Parkway to William and Jessica Miller, of Palm Coast, for $600,000. Built by the sellers in 1997, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a summer kitchen, a pool, a boat dock and 4,122 square feet of living area.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 36 Boston Lane to TJKR LLC, of Palm Coast, for $70,555. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,551 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $247,500.

Marilyn Burdi, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 46 Burning Bush Drive to Patricia Bligh, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built by the seller in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,732 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 78 Buttonworth Drive to James Crockett, of Bunnell, for $81,500. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,225 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $108,500.

US Bank sold the home at 22 Rolling Sands Drive to Leandro and Victoria Milhomens, of Palm Coast, for $127,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,041 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $285,900.
