An oceanfront condo in Hammock Beach tops this week’s sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Feb 10-16. Ginn-LA Ocean Tower LLC sold condominium Unit 661-E of Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, to Robert Van Norstrand and Sharon Van Norstrand, of Palm Coast, for $650,000. Built by the seller in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,246 square feet of living area.

Fuquay
Stephen and Kathy Tilley, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 11th St. S. to Jason Fox, of Leesburg, Va., for $337,000. Built in 1987, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,354 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $650,000.

Edward and Lori Mucciolo, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1848 S. Central Ave. to Van and Terri Brendle, of Flagler Beach, for $309,900. Built by the sellers in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,918 square feet of living area.

Bella Harbor
Ronald and Cheryl Adams, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 2-2A of Bella Harbor, 200 Bella Harbor Court, to John and Jean Slaga and David Valinski, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $57,500.

Belle Terre
Joan Marshall, of Middletown, N.Y., sold the home at 40 Pebble Wood Lane to Everett and Shirley Knight, of Palm Coast, for $139,500. Built by the seller in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,609 square feet of living area.

ALT Homes LLC, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at13 Palmer Lane to Ronald Chance and Carol Skeet-Giddings, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,783 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $73,000.

Donald and Janice Bendell, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 201-26D, Fairways Condominium at Palm Coast, 2 Mid Oaks Circle, to Michael and Diana Miller, of Fairport, N.Y., for $69,900. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,177 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $123,000.

Theresa Canfield, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 36 Riverbend Drive to Kevin and Kimberly Bohler, of Palm Coast, for $249,000. Built by the seller in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,627 square feet of living area.
