A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 28 to July 4 in Flagler County. Brian and Sally Mahoney, of Palm Coast, sold 29 Oak View Circle E. to Pamela Livingston, of Palm Coast, for $634,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 2,840 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $566,000. 

 

Condos

Nicholas and Katherine Ferrante, individually and as trustees, sold 1100 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1045, to Edward and Carol Albanesi, of St. Augustine, for $310,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $469,900.

 

Stephen Fann, of Gallatin, Tennessee, sold 2682 S. Oceanshore Blvd., Unit 202, to Pasquale DeRita and Jeannette Phillips, of Jacksonville, for $275,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,530 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $245,000.

 

Diana Baer, of Palm Coast, sold 104 Surfview Drive, Unit 1102, to Christopher Wood and Victoria Couture, of Flowery Branch, Georgia, for $220,000. Built in 2002, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,158 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $127,900.

Elizabeth Kinsman, individually and as representative, Kelli Perrier, Beth Watts and Tracey Kinsman sold 602 Mahogany Run to Brian and Sally Mahoney, of Palm Coast, for $400,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,351 square feet.

Vincent and Kayla Sanita, of Columbus, Kansas, sold 2 Essay Way to Dustin Miller, of Palm Coast, for $290,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 3,298 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $218,400.

 

Joseph and Carol Bryant, of Palm Coast, sold 105 Evans Drive to Valerie and Robert Tennant, of Palm Coast, for $280,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,068 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. — Jacksonville sold 204 Grand Reserve Drive to Paul and Carol Atria, of Bunnell, for $290,990. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,363 square feet.

 

D.R. Horton Inc. — Jacksonville sold 218 Grand Reserve Drive to Matthew and Joanne D’Azzo, of Bunnell, for $258,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet.

Harry and Noni Harris, of Keystone Heights, sold 14 Banton Lane to Harry and Dianna Norris, of Dallastown, Pennsylvania, for $199,900. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,759 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $124,900.

 

Lehigh Woods

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 11 Riptide Place to Michael and Anais Luciano, of Palm Coast, and Raymond and Evelyn Mercado, of Orlando, for $239,400. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,265 square feet.

 

Bernadette Soares, of Whitestone, New York, sold 36 Royal Oak Drive to Erick Cabrera and Yunet Ramos, of Florida City, for $215,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,444 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $273,600.

(Correction) Travis and Terry-Anne Heidenreich, of Granbury, Texas, sold 18 Beachside Drive to Richard and Joan Gilland, of Palm Coast, for $321,900. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,434 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $234,900.

Nancy George and Beny Martorana, of Palm Coast, sold 29 Atlantic Place to James and Annette Mangano, of Palm Coast, for $535,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,806 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $830,000.

Jesse and Jeffromenia Rand, of Palm Coast, sold 23 Clementina Court to James and Fatima Whiffen, of San Marcos, California, for $425,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,650 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $360,000.
