A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 19-25 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Jerry Sauers, of Palm Coast, sold 32 N.E. Northshore Ave. to Stephen and Lisa Rozeboom, of Roswell, Georgia, for $900,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/3.5 and has 3,302 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $589,000. D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 76 Birdie Way to James and Annette Glavich, of Bunnell, for $295,580. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,585 square feet.

Brian and Katina Chavez, of Palm Coast, sold 41 Shinnecock Drive to Thomas and Mary Reynolds, of Palm Coast, for $451,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,952 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $265,000.
