A home in Ocean Hammock tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of March 3-9. Jacqueline English, of Windermere, sold the home at 44 Sandpiper Lane to Christopher and Jennifer Blum, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $710,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 3,915 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $899,900.

Roy Bowen, of New Town, Pa., sold the home at 3365 Oceanshore Blvd. to TLTK Management Inc. for $463,800. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,128 square feet of living area. It sold in 1990 for $200,000.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 11 Panorama Drive to JKR Investment Group Inc., of Palm Coast, for $75,190. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,520 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $187,000.

Jeffry Dana, of Stanfield, Ariz., sold the home at 92 Prince Eric Lane to Matthew and Melissa Vaculik, of Palm Coast, for $169,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,882 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $131,500.

Citibank NA sold the home at 13 Edmond Place to Michael and Candace Putinta, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,020 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $165,000.
