An Ocean Hammock home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Dec. 25-30. Joseph Mayo and Frances Mayo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 37 Cypresswood Drive to Ralph and Maria Ayala, of Palm Coast, for $720,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, a summer kitchen, an elevator and 4,943 square feet of living area.

Flagler County Holdings LLC sold the home at 201 Deen Road to Jeffrey Nodelman, of Palm Coast, for $38,000. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,200 square feet of living area.
