Peter Lyden and Kevin Kravantka, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Spanish Moss Court to Gary and Lee Ann Thurston, of Ocala, for $635,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,066 square feet of living area.

Lyle and Linda Lazear, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2724 Oceanshore Blvd. N. to Paul and Emily Rose, of Flagler Beach, for $440,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,980 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $381,000.
