An Ocean Hammock home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of June 1-8. Peter Lyden and Kevin Kravantka, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Spanish Moss Court to Gary and Lee Ann Thurston, of Ocala, for $635,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,066 square feet of living area.

Flagler Beach
Beverly Beach
Lyle and Linda Lazear, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2724 Oceanshore Blvd. N. to Paul and Emily Rose, of Flagler Beach, for $440,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,980 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $381,000.

Palm Coast
Canopy Walk
Jennifer Lubi, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 1300 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1313, to Catherine Winskowicz and Paul Winskowicz, of Beverly, Mass., for $139,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,238 square feet of living area.

Cypress Knoll
Robert and Shellie Gagliardi, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Edward Drive to Andrew and Cynthia Dodzik, of Troy, Ala., for $179,900. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,933 square feet of living area.

Philianise Absolu and Marie Charles, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 36 Emerson Drive to Endrju Tabaku, of Palm Coast, for $80,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $187,800.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 50 Evans Drive to Arnold and Jayne Pierce, of Gainsville, for $168,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,063 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Richard Hurley, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 47 Lagare St. to James and Deborah Bellino, of Palm Coast, for $323,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,571 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $271,500.

Indian Trails
Kelly Boyles, of Bunnell, sold the home at 76 Belleaire Drive to Reginald Mathelier, of Palm Coast, for $97,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,564 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $177,800.

Lehigh Woods
Mary Katherine Kelly, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 42 Renshaw Drive to Robert and Helen Barth, of Palm Coast, for $127,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,296 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $119,900.

Andrzej Gawlik, of Douglaston, N.Y., sold the home at 17 Robin Hood Lane to Tamara Tillman and Stacy Mesplay, of Ormond Beach, for $137,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,822 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $93,000.

Matanzas Woods
Donn and Beth Pedersen, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 42 Lynbrook Drive to George Gosselin Jr., of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 2,041 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Steven Arena, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Cheyenne Court to Barbra and Kevin Branyan, of St. Augustine, for $214,500. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,604 square feet of living area.

Antonio and Donna Pica, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Clinton Court S. to Alan Citron and Marsha Byrne, of Manchester Center, Vt., for $187,500. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,361 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $137,000.

Heather Bleakley-Ledwin, as trustee of the Allen Robert Bleakley Revocable Trust, sold the home at 30 Fillmore Lane to Leslie and Patricia Town, of Palm Coast, for $185,750. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,366 square feet of living area.

Tatyana Goldfeld and Rustam Bekmuradov, of San Francisco, sold the home at 4 Firethron Lane to Maria Pires, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,855 square feet of living area.

Mary Beth Langlais, individually and as a trustee of the Guertin Family Trust, sold the home at 11 Preston Lane to Thomas and Linda Brumitt, of Pachontas, Ill., for $109,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,563 square feet of living area.

Pine Lakes
Danielle Rich-Echols, of New Caney, Texas, sold the home at 8 Walla Place to Kathleen Burnham, of Union, N.J., for $85,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,085 square feet of living area.

JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 8 Webb Place to Joshua and Kathleen Connor, Bedfordshire, UK, for $100,900. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,785 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 7 Wendlin Lane to James and Mary Cook, of Palm Coast, for $165,500. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,974 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 54 Whispering Pine Drive to Wayne Elenbaum, of Palm Coast, for $184,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,359 square feet of living area.

Richard Hurley, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 40 Woodhallow Lane to James and Deborah Bellino, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 2,873 square feet of living area.

Wesley and Janice Blackwell, of Carson City, Nev., sold the home at 35 Woodlyn Lane to Rose Bissell and Lucia and Michael Furry, of Palm Coast, for $112,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,060 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $84,800.

Eric and Jill Pook, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Woodshaw Lane to Sharon and Carson McMullen III, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 1998, it has here bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 2,153 square feet of living area.

Sea Colony
James Spencer and Agnes Spencer, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Avalon Drive to Wilberto and Lisa Cordero, of Palm Coast, for $275,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,906 square feet of living area.

Seminole Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 26 Sedgwick Trail to Mid Florida Housing Partnership Inc., of Daytona Beach, for $136,125. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,087 square feet of living area.

Yelena Afanasyeva, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 26 Seward Trail E. to Brandon and Karen Wilson, of Palm Coast, for $244,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,530 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $94,000.
