Ocean Hammock home tops $1 million

A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of Feb. 10-16 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Glenn Hoffman and Marie Ranfone sold 30 Sandpiper Lane to Chryl Curtis, of Fayetteville, Georgia, for $1.2 million. Built in 2014, the house is a 5/6 and has a swimming pool, elevator and 3,951 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $810,000. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Thomas Finizio Sr., individually and as trustee, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 617, to Samuel and Melanie Smith, of Clifton, Virginia, for $700,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $400,000.

Jennie Trombetta, individually and as trustee, sold 59 Rivers Edge Lane, Unit 59, to Norbert Sluzewski and Grace Wong, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 1990, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $207,000.

Belle Terre

Brite Equities LLC, of Orlando, sold 19 Paul Lane to Igor Zakrjevskii and Natalia Zakrjevskaia, of British Columbia, Canada, for $369,900. Built in 2022, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,779 square feet.

Imtiaz Crown, of Palm Coast, sold 82 Palmwood Drive to HP Palm Coast Holdings LLC, of Winter Park, for $300,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,760 square feet.

Bunnell

Isaac Fachner, of Grover Beach, California, sold 502 Moore St. S. to Laurie Beall, of Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, for $200,000. Built in 2008, the house is a 3/1 and has 1,223 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $148,000.

Antonio Moisao and Joao Marques, of Bunnell, sold 12 Palm St. E. to Kelly Stone, as trustee, for $125,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,090 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

RH Asset Holdings LLC, of Orlando, sold 34 Elder Drive to Louby Innocent and Manoucheka Louis, of Decatur, Tennessee, for $357,500. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,904 square feet.

George Moody

Rhonda Machnicki and Helen Kistler, of Ocala, sold 209 S. 5th St. to Harold Bolton and Victoria Roach, as trustees, for $550,000. There are two houses, a 2/1 with 832 square feet, and a 2/1 with 510 square feet. The property sold in 1995 for $62,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

Michaela and Zachary Desruisseau, of Palm Coast, sold 17 Grand Par Court to Michael and Janet Brinkman, of Bunnell, for $350,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,714 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $216,800.

Luisa Prisciandaro, individually and as trustee, sold 119 Beechwood Lane to John and Linda Judd, of Palm Coast, for $310,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,607 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $67,600.

3DRE LLC, of St. Augustine, sold 30 Ranwood Lane to Angela Jackson, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,601 square feet.

Matanzas Woods

AM & OM Renovation LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 27 Louisville Drive to Ray Martin and Christina Gaitanos, of Palm Coast, for $455,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,209 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $355,000.

Canon Capital LLC sold 29 Louisburg Lane to J.B. and Deborah Washam, of Kansas City, for $360,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,108 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $160,000.
