A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 27 to Feb. 2 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. W. Edward and Carolyn Meeks, of Leesburg, Georgia, sold 21 Cinnamon Beach Way to Mark and Melissa Davideit, of Orlando, for $1.16 million. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/4 and has 3,654 square feet. Cindy Andreotti, individually and as trustee, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 619, to Joseph Mullins, of Bunnell, for $660,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,435 square feet.

Salvador and Virginia Repollet, of Palm Coast, sold 95 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1414, to Beverly and Gordon Patrick, as trustees, for $340,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,586 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $208,000.

Rochelle Masquefa, of Belle Plaine, Iowa, sold 27 Greenbriar Court, Unit 27, to Linda Lifka, of Palm Coast, for $171,500. Built in 1980, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,100 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $130,000.

John and April Steely, of San Diego, California, sold 4 Village Parkway N. to Rosetta M. Clevenstine Revocable Trust, of Palm Coast, for $685,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,952 square feet.
