An Ocean Hammock home tops this week’s sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of July 9-15. Stanley and Jo Ann Rosenbaum, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 53 Hammock Beach Circle N. to Patrick and Gloriane Maloney, of Hudson, Ohio, for $965,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, 5.5 baths, an elevator and 4,956 square feet of living area.

Maria Monica Irwin, of Tallahassee, sold the home at 5 Emmons Lane to Lana and Boris Teplitz, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $145,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,487 square feet of living area.

William Parker and Mayra Rivera Morales, of Union, W.Va., sold the home at 35 Essex Lane to Richard Brandon Jr., of Palm Coast, for $92,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 1,661 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $130,900.

Lisa and Eric Schwartz, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 40 Bassett Lane to Jimmie Calhoun Sr., of Palm Coast, for $169,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,304 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $122,000.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 152 Belleaire Drive to Rafael and Maria Rivera, of Palm Coast, for $119,900. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,848 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $105,000.

KACS Acquisition LLC sold the home at 88 Belvedere Lane to Brian and Brenda Green, of Palm Coast, for $99,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,340 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $170,000.

Robert Williams, trustee of the testamentary trust for Kia Martin, of Kissimmee, sold the home at 27 Berkshire Lane to Erwin Sweetwine, of Clinton, Md., for $122,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,000 square feet of living area. It sold in 1988 for $87,000.

Ovidio and Luz Vega, of Fort Worth, Texas, sold the home at 29 Big Horn Drive to Cleo and Rita Howe, of Palm Coast, for $194,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,448 square feet of living area.

Rozaliya Makarchuk, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Brennon Place to Inga Sydorenko and Michael Ouvarov, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,906 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $261,100.
