An Ocean Hammock home overlooking the second hole of the Hammock Beach Club’s Ocean Course topped the list for residential transactions Feb. 20 to Feb. 24. Ocean Paradise Builders LLC, of Naples, sold the home at 7 Oak View Circle to Scott and Sharon Guasta, of Lebanon, N.J., for $850,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 3,374 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Custers Palm Harbor
Harold and Rowena Greer, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 409 Palm Drive to Terry Howard, of Flagler Beach, for $650,000. Built by the sellers in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a summer kitchen, a pool, dock with a boathouse and 2,585 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER COUNTY
Ricky and Lillian Eldridge, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8935 Highway 11 to Joseph and Lisa Gaddis, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built by the sellers in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a barn and 1,500 square feet of living area.

Plantation Bay
Fannie Mae sold the home at 25 Treetop Circle to Ann Licate, of Ormond Beach, for $110,700. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,047 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $179,000.

THE HAMMOCK
Hammock Beach
Amina and Ekhtibar Damirova, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 451C, Ocean Towers at Hammock Beach to Anupama Kosaraju, of Troy, Mich., for $452,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,588 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $1,709,000.

Hammock Dunes
Wells Fargo Bank sold Unit 1407 in Building 1 at La Grande Provence Condominium to William and Myra Kipp, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,161 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $575,000.

PALM COAST
Arbor Trace
Sally Lusk, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 53 of Arbor Trace at Palm Coast to Paul and Jane Van Buren, of Palm Coast, for $132,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,369 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $200,000.

Cypress Knoll
Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 8 Evansville Place to Tina Jaquay, of Palm Coast, for $137,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,926 square feet of living area.

Fairways
Bank of New York sold the Unit at 15 Oakmont Court of Fairways at Palm Coast Condominium to Sean Wu, of Santa Ana, Calif., for $39,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $160,000.

Grand Haven
Diana Diederick, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Tanglewood Court to Daniel and Joanne Malloy, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built by the seller in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,544 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods
Vellma Marcus, of Oviedo, sold the home at 11 Rainbrook Drive to Cheryl Powell and Betty Powell, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,559 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $259,000.

Scott Mulligan, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 7 Royal Palm Lane to Margarett Gillespie, of Palm Coast, for $104,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,677 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $194,500.

Matanzas Woods
Pamela Powell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 126 London Drive to Gary and Carol Penrose, of Palm Coast, for $78,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,595 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $136,500.

Palm Harbor
Freddie Mac sold the home at 8 Foster Lane to Ruknet and Svetlana Cezzar, of Palm Coast, for $130,900. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,901 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $255,000.

Edward Rubinstein, of Hillsborough, Calif., sold the home at 4 Ferngate Lane to Amaral Custom Homes Inc., of Palm Coast, for $87,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,307 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $264,200.

Hill Family Realty, Tamco Corp of Volusia County, BKG Properties LLC and SMT Properties Group LLC sold the home at 88 Fenimore Lane to Julian Jackson, of Palm Coast, for $152,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,995 square feet of living area. It sold in January 2012 for $92,100.

Pine Grove
TWH-PC Real Estate LLC, of Westbury, N.Y., sold the home at 9 Poinsettia Lane to Craig Chuckran, of Blairsville, Ga., for $80,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,311 square feet of living area.

JKR Investment Group Inc., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Philmont Lane to Christopher Seal, of Palm Coast, for $87,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,444 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $64,000.

Bank of New York sold the home at 41 Point Pleasant Drive to Alexander Teplyakov, of Palm Coast, for $96,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $230,500.

Pine Lakes
Deborah Hall, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Wilmont Place to Antonio and Maria Goncalves, of Watchung, N.J., for $147,000. Built by the seller in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,714 square feet of living area.

Elisabeth Walter and Christian Walter, of Neulingen, Germany, sold the home at 4 Winchester Place to Kitty Hairfield, of Ormond Beach, for $70,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet of living area. It sold in 1994 for $63,000.

Quail Hollow
David Apelsinov and Lyudmila Apelsinova, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 3 Sederholm Path to Izidor Voskoboynik and Margarita Voskoboynik, of San Jose, Calif., for $113,521. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,431 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $309,000.

Anatoliy Nesterenko, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 6 Llacer Place to Gail Vinisky, of Cedarhurst, N.Y., for $70,600. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,393 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $117,500.

Ricky Wiggins, of Indian Harbour Beach, sold the home at 12 Zebra Court to James Dopp, of Palm Coast, for $93,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a spa and 1,248 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $122,900.

Seminole Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 99 Seattle Trail to Frank and Toko Eveland, of Palm Coast, for $80,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,544 square feet of living area.

Ralph Trauerts, of Union City, N.J., sold the home at 40 Seaton Valley Path to Maria Guerrero, of Palm Coast, for $97,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,528 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $201,300.
