An Ocean Hammock home topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Dec. 26 to Dec. 30. Renard and Latanya Damon, of Baltimore, Md., sold the home at 11 Ocean Oaks Lane to Mark Voss and Brenda Voss, of Linn, Mo., for $679,500. Built by the sellers in 2008, it has five bedrooms, five baths, an elevator, a theater room, a summer kitchen, a pool and 5,798 square feet of living area.

BUNNELL
Michael Church, of Tucker, Ga., sold the home at 602 Lambert St. E. to Robert Souza, of Flagler Beach, for $45,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,536 square feet of living area.

THE HAMMOCK
Johnson Beach
Lia Schultz, of Boynton Beach, sold the home at 13 First Ave. to Steven Ramage, of Winter Park, for $75,000. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 854 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $231,800.

Ocean Hammock
Richard and Lori Rader, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Ocean Oaks Lane to Devinder and Satinder Bhasin, of Orefield, Pa., for $655,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 3,487 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $1,134,000.

Sea Colony
Halcyon Steele, of Tampa, sold the home at 29 Bedford Drive to Kenneth and Kelly Tarsitano, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,349 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
John and Patricia Larkin, of Waleska, Ga., sold the home at 30 Pebble Beach Drive to Gerald Carter, of Canton, Mich., for $85,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,176 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $68,500.

Cypress Knoll
Paul and Joanne Fabrizio, of Whitting, N.J., sold the home at 61 Evans Drive to Edward Reed, of Tip City, Ohio, for $175,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, and 1,877 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $378,000.

European Village
Regions Bank sold Unit 320 of Building B to Fernando and Maria Carneiro, of Palm Coast, for $36,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,250 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $270,000.

Grand Haven
Kathleen Montalto, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Lakeside Way to Myron and Joan Robinson, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built by the seller in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,037 square feet of living area.

Brett McBride and Luci McBride, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Riverbend Drive to Ewert and Dionne Lynch, of Edison, N.J., for $229,000. Built by the sellers in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,751 square feet of living area.

Roy and Jenne Carlisi, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 23 Village Drive to Alexander Polyak and Alla Polyak, of San Jose, Calif., for $270,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 2,887 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $379,300.

Garrett and Kathryn Hatch, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 17 Oasis Circle to Matthias Weber, of Oberwil-Lieli, Switzerland, for $235,000. Built by the sellers in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,276 square feet of living area.

Laura Burgado, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 231 Beachway Drive to Gerry and Annette Banach, of Southampton, Mass., for $59,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,247 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $108,000.

David Zacharias and Cynthia Zacharias, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 20 Lakeside Place to David and Kimberly Malmsten, of Palm Coast, for $226,900. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,724 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $260,000.

Anthony and Janice Stifnell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 37 Banton Lane to Richard and Tina Chalmers, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built by the sellers in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,148 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods
Jose Rocha, Ana Rocha and Ros Rocha, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 26 Russkin Lane to Ranen Kent, of Palm Coast, for $121,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,015 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $244,000.

Loretta DeMarco and Christine DeMarco, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 84 Ryder Drive to James and Vickie Wimsatt, of Owensboro, Ky., for $120,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,861 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $133,400. The pool was added in 2005.

Freddie Mac sold the home at 37 Ryberry Drive to Kevin and Arlene Mocket, of Palm Coast, for $114,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,076 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $227,000.

Ray and Sandra Henderson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 27 Roxbury Lane for $102,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,837 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $163,900.

Palm Harbor
Jose Rebelo, Manuel Rebelo and Maria Rebelo, of Newark, N.J., sold the home at 3 Falls Place to Jose Bizarro and Nancy Adriano, of North Dartmouth, Mass., for $220,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,849 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $241,000.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 86 Forsythe Lane to Martha Yandell, of Palm Coast, for $174,550. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,815 square feet of living area.

Robin Romero, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Cedar Hollow Court to Todd Roy, of Cocoa, for $230,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a Florida room, a boat dock and 1,368 square feet of living area.

Paul and Judy Charello, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 39 Fisher Lane to Kaneika Hampton, of Palm Coast, for $99,900. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,400 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $109,900.

Dennis Decker and Barbara Decker, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 72 Florida Park Drive to Wolfgang and Rebecca Obst, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,404 square feet of living area. It sold in 1984 for $64,900.

Genevieve Neff, of Davenport, Iowa, sold the home at 115 Farragut Lane to John and Ann Place, of Orange Park, for $79,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,733 square feet of living area.

Nesly and Nicole Salomon, of Hempstead, N.Y., sold the home at 15 Poplar Drive to Felix and Nancy Despiau, of Bronx, N.Y., for $97,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,277 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $136,400.

TruCap REO Corp. sold the home at 42 Pheasant Drive to Kristina Rhett, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,133 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $223,500.

Michael Battaglia, of San Pedro, Calif., sold the home at 92 Prince Eric Lane to Jeffery and Edina Dana, of Palm Coast, for $131,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,882 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $155,000.

Quail Hollow
James and Lindsay Drake, of Seminole, sold the home at 29 Llewellyn Trail to Robert and Arielle Humphries, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,339 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $192,500.

Jon and Babette Hausemann, of Camarilo, Calif., sold the home at 11 Zither Court to Thomas and Adele Quinn, of Palm Coast, for $82,000. Built by the sellers in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,452 square feet of living area.

Viktoriya Trofimova, of Brooklyn, N.Y., sold the home at 72 Karas Trail to Sherry Fletcher, of St. Augustine, for $85,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,774 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $252,000.

Seminole Woods
Konstantin Vorobiev, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Sea Flower Path to Samuel Gucailo, of Altamonte Springs, for $85,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,234 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $257,500.

Sergey Glagolev, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 32 Seattle Trail to John and Gerene Romanski, of Palm Coast, for $129,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,736 square feet of living area. It sold in September 2011 for $82,000.

Woodlands
Attila Volges, of Catskill, N.Y., sold the home at 128 Blare Castle Drive to J.W. Troxler Jr., of Durham, N.C., for $35,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,081 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $160,500.

Commercial permit applications submitted:
• A $184,000 permit application was submitted by SE Cline Construction, for a sidewalk along U.S. 1 and Palm Coast Parkway.

Commercial permits issued:
• A $402,000 permit was issued to SE Cline Construction, for site development and a retention pond at Palm Coast Methodist Church, at 6595 Belle Terre Parkway.
• Two permits were issued to AM Weigel, including one for a $264,000 maintenance building at Indian Trails Middle School, at 5455 Belle Terre Parkway, and another for a $42,800 pavilion in the school’s sports complex.
• A $125,000 permit was also issued to SE Cline Construction, for a sidewalk along Belle Terre Parkway and State Road 100.
