An Ocean Hammock home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of March 17–23. David and Pamela Criner, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 25 Hammock Beach Circle S. to Kenneth and Katherine Wolbeck, of Palm Coast, for $679,000. Built by the sellers in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen and 3,689 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Fuquay
Stephen and Jean White, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1843 Daytona Ave. S. to Bill and Tracy Peters, of Alligator Point, for $117,500. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 840 square feet of living area. It sold in 1982 for $43,500.

Hammock Beach
Mohammed and Shamshad Javaid, of Reidsville, N.C., sold condominium Unit 709-D, The Hammock Beach Club, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, to Babrosh LLC, of Millwood, N.Y., for $390,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,676 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $418,600.

Hammock Dunes
Richard Manning, of Lyme, Conn., sold condominium Unit 404, Savona at Hammock Dunes, 20 Porto Mar, to Ann Morrone, of Palm Coast, for $395,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,150 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $800,000.

Daniel and Judith Hawkinson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 26 Oak View Circle to John and Sally Reichert, of Flat Rock, N.C., for $617,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,027 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $650,000.

Seagate Homes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 55 Pennypacker Lane to Dale Paine, of Everett, Wash., for $139,475. Built by the seller in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,505 square feet of living area.

Paul and Tracy DiGeorgio, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 94 Panorama Drive to Zinaida Grau, of Bayport, N.Y., for $109,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,889 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $107,300.

P&L Property Group LLC and ALT Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 35 E. Diamond Drive to Jonathan and Leila Russell, of Philadelphia, for $176,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,048 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $100,500.
