Ocean Hammock home sells for $500,000

A home in Ocean Hammock tops the list of all real estate transactions for the week of Feb. 14 to Feb. 18. Paul and Sherri Orciani, of Mills River, N.C., sold the home at 552 Cinnamon Beach Lane to Mark and Brenda Voss, of Linn, Mo., for $500,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a spa and 3,276 square feet of living area.

Canopy Walk
Matthew and Colleen Boudreau, of Dunkirk, Md., sold Unit 914 at 900 Canopy Walk Lane to Jack and Linda O’Malley, of Sandusky, Ohio, for $175,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2005.

Fuquay
Christopher Taylor, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1315 Central Ave. S. to Steven Deloach, of Destrehan, La., for $260,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 1,812 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,000 in 2010.

Indian Trails
Alexander Faymanov sold the home at 31 Buttermill Drive to Samuel and Maria Cotto, of Jersey City, N.J., for $100,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,014 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $234,500 in 2005.

Lehigh Woods
Ronald and Alice Marohn sold the home at 141 Rolling Sands Drive to Lawrence Snellman, of Palm Coast, for $115,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,493 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $99,600 in 2002.

Ocean Hammock
Anthony Brescia and Jayne Evans, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold Unit 445 at 500 Cinnamon Beach Way to John Eisenach, of Alpharetta, Ga., for $470,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $823,400.

Palm Harbor
Raissia Haberman, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Farmsworth Drive to David Carl, of Ormond Beach, for $95,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,712 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $233,100 in 2005.

Pine Grove
Darline Jerome, of Pembroke Pines, sold the home at 3 Pope Lane to Daryl Rauscher and Larry Powell, of Bunnell, for $80,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,030 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $249,100 in 2006.

Deborah McCabe, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 60 Pin Oak Drive to Barbara Meyers, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,557 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $170,000 in 2005.

Pine Lakes
Mike Massari, of Elmwood Park, Ill., sold the home at 88 Wellington Drive to Peter and Carole Sepe, of Palm Coast, for $74,900. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 1,275 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $88,000 in 2009.

William and Riyo Corkery, of Tallahassee, sold the home at 13 Woodglen Place to Stephen and Geraldine Santopadre, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,892 square feet of living area.

Kathleen Higley and Maria Ricketson, both of Wolfboro, N.H., sold the home at 5 Weymouth Lane to Claudio Roman and Victoria Bruun, of Palm Coast, for $116,200. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet of living area.

John and Rebecca Curran, of Mcdonough, Ga., sold the home at 2 Weiss Place to James and Christina Bagnoli, of Palm Coast, for $119,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,481 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $101,000 in 1998.

Susan Paszkiewicz, of Stow, Mass., sold the home at 10 Wood Clift Lane to Anthony Colaluca Jr. and Tanya Colaluca, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2006.

Mark McCoy, of Marietta, Ga., sold the home at 234 Westhampton Drive to Karen Emden, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,980 square feet of living area.

Renee Shevlin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Walnut Place to Joan Gautreau, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2005.

Quail Hollow
Branch Banking and Trust Company, a St. Petersburg company, sold the home at 2 Karlstad Place to Wayne Roadarmel, of Maple Shade, N.J., for $108,100. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,968 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $261,400 in 2005.

Woodlands
Erik Tejada, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Blackthorn Court to Douglas Gregg, of Palm Coast, for $51,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $182,000 in 2006.
